I've worked with Midwest the last couple of years, recommending them to my clients. Today they did air quality and mold samples for a house my son is looking to buy. Matt who I normal deal with was out of town, so Rick the owner came to do our inspection within our short time frame. I highly recommend you call them with your environmental testing needs!

The results have been instant! We've been having respiratory issues for months with coughing that would interrupt our sleep. We found mold in a part of our basement and Matt and his team worked quickly and professionally! We got the best night sleep we've had in a very long time the very first night after they completed work! Good health is priceless!

Amazing service!Rick and his coworkers were very quick to test and remediate for mold in our camper trailer. He was very knowledgable, and explained every step of the process clearly. It made the mold remediation process much less scary, and made us feel more in control of the situation. He used an impressive amount of equimpent, and explained the purpose of each one.Everybody in the office is incredibly friendly and personable, and it made our bad experience much better.

Owner Lied To, Stole ***** ********* Sick Individual on Disability Benefits Budget. Would Advise To Take Business Elsewhere:**** charged me for services promised but not rendered. $1500 in all for mold testing and inspection (after they deducted $300 because I pressed for confirmation of whether they did the external structural inspection and they finally admitted they didn't (and were still trying to charge me for)). After offering to pay for the services that *were* performed, while asking for a return on what wasnt, and receiving no response from ****, I went ahead and filed a dispute on the charges placed on my credit card. After getting word of this, **** threatened to *** me. He also accused me of taking advantage of the system. Fortunately I have record of every phone conversation, text message, and e-mail.As of now, Midwest Enviro Solutions is still fighting my credit card dispute and **** hasn't reached out to me since his text threatening legal action. His wife is now gaslighting me on ********* where I left a review to hold them accountable.

I couldn’t recommend this company more! Not only are they knowledgeable, but their customer service is just as high quality. I have used the services of Midwest Enviro Solutions at least three times. I own a small home in Lansing, built in 1941. Because of its age, I have had to do some extra work on it. Each time I contracted Midwest Enviro Solutions, they attended to my needs speedily and efficiently. I didn't always get good news from their analysis, but I got a truthful result that allowed me to take proper action. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for mold and other home chemical analyses.

I have been working with Rick for over 6 months. He received a last minute call the day before closing as mold was suspected in the attic. He moved heaven and earth to make it to the house, proved the mold, and help identify that the solution taken by the seller prior to closing was not going to accomplish the remediation. Since our initial meeting, his team has helped test our air as the mold remediation has progressed and more importantly, Rick has been a true member of my team as he is happy to share his wealth of knowledge to help educate me, whether boarding a plane, driving a car, on vacation... Rick and his team has gone the extra mile for me and my wife and I highly recommend them!!!
