Went there concerned because i believe they lost the package i shipped , and ever since then everyone is very rude . The man working then answered his own survey question at the end with a smiley face lol. I would not have put that . Terrible service , rude and unprofessional. I see why they have such a low review now.

Employees on site are rude. constantly get wrong mail delivered. Return to sender items have taken almost a month to get back to me.

My mail carrier, Diane goes over and above to deliver my packages and I am so grateful for her!
