If I could leave zero Stars I would! Every time you go in the cashier "Susie", is always either eating or on her phone. The customer takes a backseat to whatever personal things she is doing in that moment. And if you mention it she gets really upset! Poor service, dirty store, and lazy cashier!

Purchased gas at this place yesterday on 1/16/21 and couldn't get a receipt at the pump, forcing me to go inside. The clerk inside HAD NO MASK ON AT ALL. I didn't want to get into it with the clerk by asking why she thought she could endanger every customer's health by going without a mask. So I decided to contact the owner or manager of the business. I called the establishment today and asked for the owner's name and contact information, stating that I was a customer with a concern, and the employee hung up on me. My family and I will NOT ever frequent this business again.

OK, so that just happened. I attempted to patronize this establishment at exactly 9:11pm this evening, after checking the sign which said they close at 9:30pm. I ran my card and started pumping, and got exactly $.10 (Yes. Ten cents.) in the tank before the attendant looked out the window, proceeded to shut the pump off with no warning, turned all the lights off outside, and started walking around inside turning those lights off too. Puzzled, and hoping that maybe she just didn't see me, I went over and knocked on the door....she would not acknowledge me, I knocked firmly but politely. A few times. Nothing. After all the lights were out, she slipped out the back door and peeled out in her car. I needed gas pretty badly, so I went to the next closest station on my way out of town and asked what the deal was with the Village Gas & Mart. Their response to me was that they don't care what time they close and they do this to customers all the time. Specifically, shutting the store down while you are in the middle of pumping gas. Nice. I'm all for supporting local businesses and I've never had a problem with this place until now - but maybe if people complain about shoddy business practices like this more often something will change. They just 100% lost me as a customer. And I'm pretty sure they won't care.

Lousy gas station. They never leave paper towels in the dispensers so you can check your oil and clean your windshield! Also dirty water in the buckets for cleaning your windshield. I've asked them numerous times to take care of this! A good quality gas station should have these basic things available for motorists when they purchase gas!
