Wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the people at Wolf's. they have to be the most kind and friendly repair shop that I have ever dealt with.. they were able to get my vehicle in quickly and get me back on the road the next day with excellent communication and clear/reasonable pricing. They even went above and beyond and brought my vehicle back to my house for me because my wife wasn’t going to be off work before they close. Lucky for me I live less than 2 miles from their shop.... lol
Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be seeing you guys again, let’s hope not too soon though lol

After months of several different shops (including the dealership) trying to fix my ‘01 Ford Ranger, they got in, fixed the problem, and got out, as quickly and reliably as ever, and always keeping your wallet in mind. I should mention that when our vehicles need repair, we never have to wait days or weeks to get us in, they’re ready before we are!
Caleb was especially helpful, taking his time to explain and walk me through the repair and eventually replacement of the engine. Grace is always kind and helpful at the desk and on the phone! Not to mention Pete’s friendliness and dedication to a team who not only does great work, but offers great service.
My family’s choice auto shop.

so I came to the reviews after having a not so great experience here. I actually was a loyal customer to Wolfes the last 2 yrs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but then we got my son a car last fall and of course, it had some things wrong with it. Took it in initially for new brakes and the exhaust was a little louder. They did the work, we paid for a gasket then & came home with it. Well not long after that. It started getting a very strong fume smell inside the car especially while idoling at a red lights. I called since,I mean I literally had just taken it in, it didn’t smell before supposedly “fixed the gasket/ pin” & then I get a call that the car was “NOT SAFE TO DRIVE”. The Kframe was rusted thru ¬ safe. Now, my immediate thought was? How did you just miss that 3 weeks ago while you literally changed front & back breaks? So I mean questionable but we bought the car & if it was rusted thru it was rusted through ?♀️. Got Quoted $1880 something then. Was told they were looking at the exhaust &taking care of that for us because we just had spent so much money just weeks prior &this/that. We couldn’t afford the Kframe at the time but was told the quote would be there when we were ready. Picked it up & she said a “bolt loose” is why the fumes were happening. So again THEIR fault IF that was even the case. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later the car still smelt like fumes. However frame wasn’t safe so we barely had been driving it. So didn’t notice until we did weeks later. I called upset. Clara was actually pretty rude that day too but she’s pretty dry cut & a kid so whatever. My MIL got very sick & I wasn’t able to take it in the scheduled day & over time it seemed like it had faded. So I let it go. Fast forward to last week we call to schedule the K frame service, low & behold the $1880 was NO longer that, it was w/prts/labor included $2300. So whatever gotta get it fixed. My husband on the phone with Clara, she asked “How’s the exhaust fumes? Alicia said was happening ?” My husband right in front of me says “As far as I know it’s good now. We hadn’t been driving it so we thought it was still issue but over time it’s faded so no longer an issue. Drop the car off they had done in a day but got a call asking if we wanted to do an oil change. Husband said sure. My husband calls today to pay over the phone and thinking $2400 at max…Nope it’s now $2750. ? FOR WHAT? My husband asked for the break down & of course the excuses of “we got in there & it needed new sway bar links..bla bla bla” then Clara follows up “we needed to order a new gasket seriously? For what? So my husband who works at ford & a dealership in service for 10 yrs…asks why would they go an do work that wasn’t approved or been quoted beforehand??? Then asks “What are we buying a new gasket for?” So Clara tried to throw it on Pete that he ordered from a different computer than her & that’s why the price difference of the frame. Then called us back & Pete puts it out there that Clara claimed “I” had talked to her about fixing the gasket, when in I haven’t talked to Clara about the gasket since January or something lol &I heard my husband tell her that it wasn’t an issue anymore. So where they thought blaming me as if I’m the reason she don’t know how to do her job is my fault. Then Pete had the audacity to gaslight my husband & say “Your making her cry” over the phone…. well if she’s crying, it’s because she couldn’t talk her way out of the mistake she made like she seems to do so well. Also how is her guilt of messing up,on my husband????then was rude to him the rest of the call lol She doesn’t need a job in that industry it sounds like. THEN was told that Pete was willing to meet in the middle & that he already wasn’t charging us for labor for ext. work. First of all, you already HAVE TO TAKE THE SWAY BARS OFF to get to the K frame. So how would you charge me labor when it’s already included? But after seeing some recent reviews on here, sounds like this is the new normal at this shop n

We scheduled a general inspection for our vehicle due to the check engine light coming on, expecting to pay $99 as quoted over the phone. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the cost would be $249, citing the check engine light as a reason. We were confused as the initial quote didn't mention this discrepancy. Despite this, we proceeded, but are still unclear about what exactly we paid for. We won't be returning and advise others to ensure everything is in writing before proceeding with any services.

There was a delay in getting the air filter for my car. This resulted in a 2 hour visit to complete simple maintenance. This by itself is okay and not the direct fault of the local people. The bigger issue was noticed when I got home and saw the dirty finger prints all over the light colored door panel. Then I couldn’t find my reading glasses, which later I found stuffed into the glove compartment! I never put them in there!
A bit of simple care would help to keep customers coming. This alone makes me question bringing the vehicle here for care. When I go to the dealer for the same service, they use floor paper mats and even return the car washed!
Now I need to find the paper towels and spray cleaner to clean the car. I don’t want to get my clothes dirty when I go to work!
