They got me on the books, answered my questions and assured me to call at anytime with a questions at any time. Once I got my car in they spent days drying it out (no extra charge), they cleared the codes and detailed my car. All for a very reasonable cost. “I hit a deer october 28,2025. I was sent to Gerber Collision and Glass from my insurance company. I was so anxious and stressed, but they were so friendly, and kind. They got me in right away, and answered all of my questions. I am so so grateful for them and the kindness of their staff members. They soothed my frazzled nerves with their professionalism, compassion, and clarity when discussing my vehicle. They handled everything for me, and the one thing that really stood out was that they didnt patronize me just because Im a young woman. I cannot recommend them enough. I'd give 20 stars if I could.
