Muffler Man Manistee is a great place with a family feel and a great business attitude. The mechanics are amazing at pinpointing issues and always get the work done correctly the first time. The staff is friendly, helpful, polite, and very professional. The customer service is kind, sweet, and understanding, making customers feel well taken care of. They are honest, fair, and straight shooters who provide professional advice without trying to upsell. The prices are fair and the work is good. They are known for going out of their way to help, even in difficult situations. Many customers highly recommend this shop and will return even from a long distance.
Angie and her crew were great. We were vacationing in Manistee and the brakes on our car went bad. They were able to get it in the shop promptly and completed the brake job in about 3 hours. The price was competitive too. Nice folks.
