“Good experience! I was looking for a Repair Shop for a friend that lives some 60 miles from me. I was able to get my questions answered from their Service Writer Dakota. An alignment appointment was later made. I was pleased to know the Shop had purchased brand new alignment equipment. They sent me a computer print out before alignment and after making adjustments. They did a complimentary vehicle inspection as well. They didn’t try to upsell me and honored my request to only adjust what could be adjusted. My invoice was much less than the estimate given. Their Technician test drove the car to verify the complaint and once again after corrections were performed. My friend stated the car steers much better than it had and feels very comfortable and confident to drive, especially on wet or snow/ice covered roads. I had good communication with Dakota and would recommend this Shop. Pictured is the vintage 2000 FORD TAURUS at my Home Shop. This was a Florida car with no rust at all.
