Pros: the gentleman that delivers the gas and the representatives on the phone are helpful and friendly.
Cons: Having to talk to someone in Missouri. The tank is never filled to 80% - usually 70%. My tank is constantly being topped off at random times and percentages. Because Missouri has a hazmat fee + the fuel surcharge, I am charged $25 every time the tank is topped off. I finally had to change from the monitor to will call. Michigan based companies do not charge the $15 hazmat fee.

We have always had pleasant helpful service from on the phone to ground service. You've always come out as quickly as possible. We recommend the Ferrellgas team.

Do not recommend. Terrible customer service and tried to trick us into an upgrade to make sales. Also unwilling to work with families who have been long term customers. Very high prices. I found lower prices with Blarney and Crystal Flash.

Terrible. Was told I was locked into a price last season. Then price increased with every fill. I am on a keep full plan. This season I'm already down to below my specified fill percentage and still haven't been refilled. Put in a request last week and still nothing. Soon as my boiler is in im done with propane. Absolute nightmare. So bad i don't even want to keep it as backup.
