Not one of the tellers is ever polite when I visit to make a payment on my loan. Also they ask me if I know my account number but never offer to give it to me when I say that I don’t. I’m never treated when I enter the branch, and when I am called upon to be waited on whether it be in drive thru or inside the branch they always seem annoyed that they have to help me. I feel like a nuisance rather than a customer who is valued. As soon as I possibly can I am refinancing my loan with another credit union. I would never recommend this place.

I’ve been with Filer since I moved to the area and have continued to stay with Filer now that I’ve moved. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly every time I interact with them. They’re truly a community bank and I always feel welcomed.

Terrible customer service. Refused to help me set up direct deposit to pay for my loan. Then, when I attempted to pay for it directly from my debit card. They processed it as a cash advance without telling me. This cost me 35$ in fees and they would not remedy the situation. I recommend banking/loaning elsewhere you can get more help and transparency.

After many years banking here, they’ve suddenly started charging a bunch of ridiculous new fees out of the blue. Taking my business elsewhere.

Wish I could give zero. Anyone know how to contact their corporate office? Because the behavior and attitude are awful. Will not be going back there ever again. Switching banks! Melanie and Amanda and also the other female. Rude as hell. All I wanted to do was make a withdrawal. Now I have to switch banks and wait until Monday to get my money. Not cool. Threatened to call the police because I asked for names and for a manager after they treated me like they did. I will never recommend anyone else there again.

Service has went downhill tremendously. Freeze your accounts and doesn't even tell you. Rearranges your withdrawals so you get charged overdraft fees. I have sent many people elsewhere to bank. Would not recommend

Inconsistent with policies and I do not feel comfortable banking with them any longer. The tellers where all very professional and always kind. Management changes policies from week to week that frustrated me so I took my business account elsewhere.

My family and I have been members of Filer CU for almost 35 years. We've had student, car, etc loans and always experienced exceptional service.
