If I call ahead and verify that you received my prescription and it will be filled, then I shouldn’t be told to “come back tomorrow and it will be filled” after I drove to Meijer to pick it up.

The staff is very unkind and seems to always be irritated. One woman in particular is THE WORST. She’s rude, snarky and very unprofessional. It’s to the point that I feel uncomfortable filling my prescriptions here.

I'd rather go out of my way and actually go to Ludington or Cadillac and hit up Walmart if that says anything but I'm stuck here
