Send my vehicle to get looked at and they charged almost 200$(just to look at it)
Took it to Conrad’s down road did the exact same thing for free
This place I hear nothing but bad things about from all over place.
-edited- On the second note I just stated a facts in my review could have wrote way worse how they tried to start my vehicle knowing it had no fluids and they wrote my whole information of my vehicle on here , what I paid with 🤯and situation over here doxing people in reviews because they don’t know the definition of a review they believe they can do whatever and no one can say anything it’s their fault why they get bad reviews clearly show signs of a guilty consciousness see such great hospitality huh ?!? (Sarcasm) such professionalism 🤢
Btw I did not bring my car in because it wouldn’t start that’s a lie I have the paper work for proof I brought it in because the heat was barely working. The vehicle ran before it was tow to this place. When it got there it didn’t start. Like I said they tried to start it knowing it didn’t have fluids. They use the excuse that they get paid 40$ /hr so they have to charge a ridiculous amount that is most time free. Coming from the cities they don’t do this bs this place is a complete scam!

Good experience! I was looking for a Repair Shop for a friend that lives some 60 miles from me. I was able to get my questions answered from their Service Writer Dakota. An alignment appointment was later made. I was pleased to know the Shop had purchased brand new alignment equipment. They sent me a computer print out before alignment and after making adjustments. They did a complimentary vehicle inspection as well. They didn’t try to upsell me and honored my request to only adjust what could be adjusted. My invoice was much less than the estimate given. Their Technician test drove the car to verify the complaint and once again after corrections were performed. My friend stated the car steers much better than it had and feels very comfortable and confident to drive, especially on wet or snow/ice covered roads. I had good communication with Dakota and would recommend this Shop. Pictured is the vintage 2000 FORD TAURUS at my Home Shop. This was a Florida car with no rust at all.

Rob and Tyler did a great job throughout my vehicle purchase. They treated me as a valued customer and professionally addressed my needs during and after the sale. They also have a great service department that stands behind their work.

We live about 4 hours away from Manistee, we came up for a long holiday weekend getaway. Unfortunately while visiting we started hearing a horrible grinding noise on Saturday from our driver side rear brake. We had to wait until Monday morning to call around. Everyone was booked out until later in the week due to the Fourth of July being the previous week. When I called Parkdale Auto Sales & Service they too couldn’t get us seen until later in the week. When I told the lady who answered the phone that we were from out of town and trying to go home today she somehow squeezed us in that day. We arrived an hour early to our appointment time (we couldn’t do much else with the condition of our vehicle and we had already checked out of our hotel) when we arrived to the shop. The service manager went out of his way to get us going as soon as possible so we could get going on our way home. After our car was diagnosed he thoroughly went over what we needed to repair, along with the cost. He was extremely informative and transparent. We were only there for a little over 2 hours for them to diagnose, get the parts, and fix our brakes. A big thank you to everyone at Parkdale Auto Sales & Service! They definitely saved our day!

A couple years ago they did a rush job to get my daughter safely back to college on time. This week, they fixed a linkage problem that 2 other places could not figure out and found a sensor fix for $25 that FIVE other places could not figure out. FIVE!
