Thank you Nathan for everything you did for me on Christmas Eve! He did everything he could to get a hold on my check released emailing that department after being on hold for over an hour. Dont bank here. Have a mortgage thru them but not a bank account. I am a summer resident and don't have a bank account in michigan. I had a $50 check I wanted to put towards my mortgage and they wouldn't let me. I asked if I could open a savings, deposit it and then close account. He said they don't deposit checks from somewhere else for a year. I went to other banks in the area and they couldn't believe that they wouldn't let me put it towards my mortgage.
