“We had a very long and rough move (no fault of U-Haul) and were exhausted by the time we got to the storage center in Manistee. The staff was extremely patient and accommodating, and helped us get the storage units we needed for a house full of stuff. They answered all of my incessant questions and were very helpful. They changed the location from the back to the front, and when the size unit we reserved wasn't available, they worked with us to get us the space we needed in two units for the same price. One employee even brought out a dolly to borrow for a few big items. Very impressed with their customer service. The units and facility was clean and secure. Thank you to the employees that day!”
