Not up front in pricing of repairs. Did not call to confirm replacing a part on the car first, which greatly increased the cost of the repair, and did not fix the problem with the vehicle. Still has the same problem that it had upon arrival at Van's. Staff seemed unknowledgable in regards to vehicle make and model and also talked down to us. Very unprofessional considering anyone would be upset if a repair was double the estimated cost and still not fixed.

Never again. Took my car in to fix an air fuel ratio issue which was causing my 2003 honda crv to chug at about 3000 rpms. I gave them a list of codes that my car had. They had told me that those were permanant codes and not the issue. They were wrong since permanant codes on vehicles didnt start til 2009. They said that the intake manifold needed to be cleaned and gave me a price of $420. When they called to have it picked up they told me they put a new part on aswell making the bill now $670 without asking me first. They had also told me that after doing that it didnt fix the initial problem. I strongly recommend staying away from this place due to incompetence.
