Pharmacy only (rest of the store is like any other) staff is lackadaisical and complacent. It took *four months* to get a prescription done properly. Doctor called in a prescription, got a message it was ready went to pick it up. The guy said insurance didn't cover it, (had already confirmed it did) because it needed the doctor's approval. The prescribing doctor has to approve the filling of the medication she prescribed? No attempt was made by them to figure it out. Called the Dr's office in Traverse City and the receptionist sighed and said they constantly have these issues with this location. Their ineptitude is known across the state. Got a notification it was ready, went to pick it up, the girl took my information, went and grabbed a package, asked for my info again and said they had nothing for me. So what did she go get and almost give to me? Where was the mistake? I don't have a common name and she had my personal information. I again called the doctor's office and the angel of a receptionist made another attempt to straighten things out. Repeat the scenario a dozen times, with any ludicrous excuse one could make up and not a single employee making a phone call to fix the problem, or letting me know there was a delay, each time getting a notification it was ready, it was 4 months later when I was able to pick it up. Good thing it wasn't something essential like insulin but I sure did feel like garbage waiting all that time.

I was helping my friend who gets confused, and has anxiety. She had the wrong bottle, and Ryan was very helpful and informative. Super friendly, as are all the staff. Patient, and makes you feel at ease.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy visit I've ever had here I wouldn't recommend giving it one star. I waited over a hour to have to do they job for them and call the pharmacy that had my script to get it

Had to come here on 12/1/22 at 7pm to pickup a script for a sweet man on his death bed because Meijer was out until tomorrow @ 1pm. I will admit I may have been snippy BUT I'm the customer. When she told me it would be 30 minutes with no body around. I asked it there was that many people ahead of him . she a very rude telling me that there were several faxes before him. She has to fill the prescription put it into the computer have pharmacist check it there were several steps before I could get my perception.. Sooo I just had to get rude right back and tell her that I was a pharmacy technician before she was born!! What ever happened to customer service!! The employee is supposed to have empathy. You don't know what the customer is going through. If that were me back in the day I would have gotten a stern talking to!

Terrible service, extremely rude and unprofessional, female pharmacy tech tries talk down to you when your just sick and trying get antibiotics, male pharmacy tech had go ask pharmacist about a prescription and was loud about it and I’m sure embarrassed another man , slower than a seven day itch and absolutely unprofessional/ pharmacist supposedly on sight is busy giving shots and can’t look over prescription for common cold/ waited well over hour for simple prescription and was told may or may not get it in this parade of incipient pharmacy staff , extremely unprofessional and personally will never be back.

Today is October 7th 2022. We went to the Manistee store. I am a travel nurse and only say that because I use MANY Walgreens where I am assigned. The girl that originally answered the phone said that my husbands script was partially fill at another pharmacy and that I had to call around to the Walgreens I have used in the past to have them "put it back" so it could be filled there. I asked what store and she said she didn't know the store number so I could figure it out and call them. Ultimately it was at the Manistee store all along. When I called back the man I spoke with also acted like he was being bothered. The script that the girl said was partially filled was an old script, she neglected to look further down the list where the new script was at. The girl working the drive up window is very rude. She wasn't wearing a name tag but is thin with small stature, has long dark hair and wears glasses. She acted like we were a bother to her also. From now on if I need scripts when I am home I will wait until I get back to where I am assigned to get my scripts. Life is to short to encounter so much negativity when all you're trying to do is fill your prescriptions.

I have called in meds to many pharmacy’s and this one was so difficult. The phone hung up on my multiple times and nobody answered from store or pharmacy for many minutes when it finally did go through. After many call attempts I’m still left waiting for patient meds.

Honestly I was just their at 8am and I asked they lady about my son's medication she said we still didn’t have it in stock I said bc their shorted right now by the way I totally understood so then I asked her do you guys have it in the pill form tells me idk like why couldn’t she just let me know right their and then so I can then ask my dr to switch my son’s medication he really needs instead I had to call his dr let her know it’s been a week since i can’t get his medication my dr said they are unprofessional they should have let us know personally they didn’t have it in stock smh ?♀️ horrible pharmacy to go to never again

Worst service everrrr.. I am always in here . The nice older lady was working the check out counter after 3 people they call ic3 means she needs help. .she does twice? In a 15 minute period .She also asked for a manager .. both managers stood there an did nothing?? One walked by took her personal stuff out to her car walked back in looking at her cell phone avoiding us ..same thing with the guy at the photo counter she asked for a manager to help her he called her back from one counter to 5 feet way?? Whispering what she needed she said nvm I looked back he was texting on his cell phone.WOW you don’t like your job or people go home hire people that do.
