My parents just went there to get parts. They didn’t take the cores off before they charged them. Then didn’t have the cash to give them for the cores. Then the DM threw $5.00 in my mom’s face and told her it was to cover the cost of her checks when she told him checks weren’t free to write. You’re a store. Carry cash to cover cores if you’re going to charge them. Not everyone deals with credit cards. I was in there a couple weeks ago. They told me the part was a dealer item only and Napa had it for me the next day. 👎👎

My family and I were stranded with a shot alternator at a rest stop 20 minutes down the road. This company emergency delivered us an alternator in the middle of snow storm. We were able to install it and get on our way. Thank you for the amazing customer service. The world needs more people and businesses like this.

It was ok. The employees are kind and friendly. The only problem is I paid $80 for one rotor. ? I seen a good set on eBay 2 for $100. They have their prices marked up to high. I've found I can get the same parts online for half the price. Only reason I paid that much was cause I didn't want to wait. normally id rather buy online. I even still need back rotors and I know I won't be getting them there.
