The ladies at Diamond in the Ruff are real gems! Our dog, Hailey is a return customer and we are very happy with their services. Hailey gets her nails trimmed regularly and the occasional bath and grooming. They are friendly, polite and kind to our baby and we appreciate them!!

I only started going to a new groomer (after having the same one for over 20 years) because we moved out of state.
I initially chose this groomer because of all of the 5 star reviews, however I didn't have the best experience. At drop off, the place was an open concept with no cages, no barrier between the salon and the front door which made me nervous because the road is pretty busy there.
The first thing I noticed was there was just heaps of shaved dog hair from multiple dogs all over the floor, which felt kind of dirty to not clean up between clients.
I asked the groomer if she let's the dogs out for any reason, such as to use the bathroom, and she said no and I said okay great because one of the two dogs we brought in that day had gotten hit by a car a few months prior by bolting out our front door so I get nervous about that.
I explained the cuts I wanted for them and was pretty laid back with what they got.
When I went to pick up, their cuts were fine. I'd say the quality was a bit patchy, but I'll chalk it up to them only being a year old and squirmy still. But one thing I noticed when I got to the car that my one dog was squinting a lot but I figured maybe he just got shampoo or hair in his eyes. The bathing part I didn't think was very thorough, as their faces were pretty stinky as were their ears.
The thing that was the biggest (at the time) deal breaker for me though was when I went to pick them up, we had come in right behind someone else so the door was open for a few seconds. I didn't realize that my two dogs and their two dogs were just running around loose in the shop..I dont know these dogs, and these dogs don't know mine. I felt it was really unsafe to put these 4 dogs in a situation where something could have gone wrong, and one individual having to break it up, especially being a new client and her not knowing my dogs behaviors or reactions. But on top of that, after I had just said earlier that morning how I was nervous about the dogs being let out because my dog had gotten hit by a car, and proceed to let them both run around loose in the shop, it just set my anxiety through the roof with PTSD from when my dog had been hit a few months prior.
A lot of safety red flags.
Then a week later, my dogs eyes still weren't getting better. I took him to the vet and his eyes got so infected that it turned into some kind of bacterial infection that traveled down to his lymph nodes and his eyes getting blood behind them (they suspected it could have been from some kind of trauma, but whose to say) and he ended up having to get bloodwork, a biopsy, and 3 types of medication setting me back $1,000 to figure out what was wrong, all from his eyes. Fortunately everything came back clear and the steroids and 2 other medications cleared it up
I called the groomer to cancel my future appointments for the two dogs she'd already seen plus my other two dogs. She didn't ask why, or if I wanted to reschedule. Just an okay. Which again didn't sit right with me.
I know you didnt ask, but this was an awful experience.

Very well ran business and each person that we deal with truly LOVES the dogs and what you are doing. Mazy (my dog) well she would rather not have to actually leave Dad for the spa treatment!!

Everytime I have my dog's nails done or get get them groomed I get excellent service. I also love how good they treat my fur babies. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful and unique grooming boutique! Super clean place and the staff is amazing! They gave my Mini Schnauzer the perfect puppy cut and accented her brows and lashes! CoCo enjoyed her first visit and can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend them!
