Just had the perch dinner. Tasted fine but quantity of fish (4 small pieces ) for the price ($25) was very disappointing. Salad was enjoyed by my wife and fries were hot and fresh.

We've driven past the charming location so many times saying, "We really need to try it!" before finally making reservations on a Sunday evening to take my parents there when they visited in November. We were all thoroughly delighted by every course -- not the least of which is arguably the broadest selection of Scotch anywhere outside of Scotland! We returned a second time on a Thursday and enjoyed the live (Celtic? Gaelic?) folk music along with an equally delicious meal. Looking forward to catching the next Scotch tasting event.

What an amazing place. It's cozy, the food was great, the staff was fabulous. Our room was simple, but extremely clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

Dripping water and possible mold, by our table from the ceiling. Could not eat the rice because it was way too salty...waitress didn't seem to care. Fish was average. Bathrooms were disgusting.

My family and I ate here twice this summer and both experiences were unenjoyable. The first time we waited for our food for over an hour and our server was very slow (she was new at this point so we cut her some slack) but I fully had to get up and find my own ketchup after asking and waiting as well as physically track her down for our bill. The second time we had the same server and the service was even worse. It took her forever to accomplish requests and the food took probably an hour and a half at least (2 of our soups and salads never came). I ordered my daughter a plain cheeseburger and specified "only bun, patty, and cheese". When it finally came there was spicy mayo on the bottom bun and patty as well as lettuce and bbq sauce all over it. I asked if it could be remade and the kitchen said no because it would take two hours. Welcome to the restaurant business! If you mess up somebody's food you fix it immediately not put their ticket to the back of the line and make them wait. The only reason I give this place any stars is because the outdoor area is beautiful and the food we did receive was decent. I don't recommend coming unless you have a few hours to waste and are in the mood for disappointment.

Great food, great drinks, great service, unique and wonderful atmosphere. So delighted to find this gem in October when so many places aren't open. A very reasonable drive from Glen Arbor for a much needed change from the standard fried fish, burgers and French fries that are available everywhere else. The menu offers many options for people that don't eat meat and desire flavors other than salt and pepper. The Salmon Bridie was wonderful, the Fish Pie was good but a little heavy on the mashed potatoes and light on the fish. The desserts were wonderful - cardamom made the Cobbler pop and you can't beat an authentic sticky toffee pudding. And delicious authentic cask ale to finish it off- I only wish we had found this place sooner! I see many visits to this delightful pub in our future, and will watch for the live music nights. Our server was also fantastic- unfortunately I didn't get her name. The photo doesn't do my dinner justice.

This place is magical, especially in the winter, when things slow down and it’s warm and cozy inside. In the summer, the outdoor seating is wonderful and dog friendly. The LTI team goes above and beyond, and really cares about the Leelanau community.

Host and server greated me warmly and seated me in a fine outdoor seat in view of the Band and Little Traverse Lake despite me being a "solo". Service was prompt, local wine ( Bel Lago white blend ) refreshing, and delicious salad arrived quickly. (Which was great as I had spent the late afternoon at nearby Bohemian Road Beach and was hungry!) Salad, wedge with dried tomatoes was topped with the most amazing dressing! Salmon Bridie was cooked in a golden crust and the dill sauce perfectly complemented it. Veg was Zucchini, I hate Zucchini, so don't base this review on veg, but maybe over-garliced and rice over- salted. Salmon Birdie is a special treat! The music of Chris Skellenger and friends was great. Graeme is keeping this fine establishment a M22 destination!

This restaurant has been around for decades and continues to have a great charm. The restaurant is a Gastro Pub that has a strong English Pub influence. The owner's passion for taste and traditional flavors is evident in all their dishes. They have a great Shepherd's Pie, London Broil, and even some Indian dishes.

Hit and miss, not consistent. Taste is good, either small order or mediocre. Friendly, needs some TLC
