After Rotor Rooter quoted us $4k for a job, I called Richmond to get a separate quote. From the first call, throughout the quote process, and up until the end of our repair, Richmond’s provided exceptional service and top notch care, quality, kindness, knowledge, experience and support. We ultimately paid $540 after it all was all said and done. Both Sarah and Zack were wonderful to work with. Zack explained each step of the process of the repair and was extremely professional down to wearing shoe covers during clean up. Although they had an extremely busy schedule, they still worked us in somehow and I’m so thankful for their responsiveness and willingness to help us and save us SO MUCH. 10/10 recommend.

If you're interested in giving your business to a company that does what they say they're going to do, does it at a very reasonable price, and provides excellent service, Richmond Sanitary is the place to call. Have had them handle our septic pumping for years and never once had a complaint or lack of communication. They also rent portable toilets at a very reasonable rate. Just excellent people and service!

Family owned business and they are extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I was having trouble with my plumbing and they gave me advice over the phone on how I could possibly resolve it myself. I thought my septic tank needed pumped, and called to schedule a pump. I described my issue and they said that it was likely something else and that my tank shouldn't need pumped. They could have easily just came and pumped my tank and taken my money, but instead gave me very detailed instructions on things I could do that would possibly solve my issue. Nowadays, it seems like service that good is hard to come by, and it was nice reminder that there is still companies out there that operate with such honesty and integrity.
