“My daughter was home from college and needed a headlight replaced in her jeep. I purchased new bulbs at my local AutoZone location in New Baltimore. I was not able to install them myself, I returned to that location and they were not able to replace them either. I called the Marine City location and spoke to Jeff Hughes the manager. I explained my situation and even though I had not purchased the bulbs at his store Jeff said that he would be happy to install them for me. When I got to the marine city store Jeff was busy doing inventory but stopped to install my headlights. Even though it was 23 degrees and snowing, he replaced and tested the headlights in a matter of minutes! From now on I will take a few minutes longer drive to marine city for this type of great service. Jeff even took the time to look over other potential Maintenance issues to make sure my daughter’s Jeep would be running fine for her dive back to school. Thank you for the great service Jeff!”

“It is quite stressful ordering parts when you're half a world away, especially when the wrong part arrives. This is exactly what happened to me. Instead of playing the blame game on who was at fault for the miscommunication TNT sent me an email saying that they're sorry for sending the wrong part and that they take full responsibility and the correct part will be in the mail, free of charge, as soon as it's available. I received a new tracking number and the correct part arrived sooner than expected. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome given the circumstances. I wish all companies were as great to deal with as these guys.”

“I went everywhere for help tk find someone to fix my car everyone couldnt or wouldnt even give me a min to look at it without even quoting me outrageously and bejng a single mom on fix income i needed car because i am battling cancer unfortunately and i needed a reliable car to get me to treatments to have a chance and I pulled into action Auto and without hesitation Bill and brian both helped and went through everything with me that needed to be done and priced it and they were out to get rich but they were out to help and that they did they made my car safe to wear I can drive it now for me n my kids n chance of surviving and beating this cancer... I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Such compassion n caring people n i am forever grateful and the lord definitely will bless them... So if you need a good place that's not going to just want to get rich and not care about you or anything go somewhere else but if you want a caring place with compassion in honesty and great people who bust their butt to do all that they had to do and not even charge that much on labor I recommend action Auto to anybody and I will never go anywhere else ever again nobody will ever touch my car besides action Auto thank you action Auto for all that you done I will definitely be sending more people your way you guys are amazing and you deserve 10 Stars there's enough stars that I could give to show my appreciation YOU ROCK... ?????”
“The best Auto parts store left in Michigan.Doesn't matter what part you need for your vehicle if he doesn't have it he'll get it quick and if you tell him the problem he'll most likely tell you how & why but also if you need a whole other part & the best way to get in tight spots. Hell he even had a drive belt for my self propelled Toro!”

“Had my 2012 Silverado detailed and krowned. My truck was pretty dirty from being in construction and my back seat was as good as destroyed as my kids had mud and garbage everywhere, but when I got my truck back I almost didn’t recognize it as it looked brand new, and a big thanks to the young fella that sprayed the Krown on my truck helping maintain it’s beautiful condition. “My wife hit her first deer with her New to us 2018 Sierra 1500 in the morning. After not liking our insurance company recommendation, I called Lafontaine.
