These people don't follow instructions at the pharmacy.. I went in there with my empty prescription bottles I says I want these four prescriptions filled.. The woman didn't even pay attention to what I said she looked at my profile instead.. I ended up leaving the store with one prescription that I didn't need or want or ask for. I brought it right back but they charged me anyway. This was 100% their fault because they didn't pay attention. The woman looked at me in the eye and bold-faced told me that she wouldn't give me back my money when it was her fault. Now on top of that they're calling the house everyday to remind me about this other prescription that I never ordered. These people simply do not pay attention they have the attention span of a goldfish.

No way to speak with anyone from the pharmacy over the phone. Terrible communication amongst the employees leading to long delays for the customers time and time again.
In addition to not being able to speak with a person via the phone during business hours you are not even able to leave a voicemail during off hours.

This is my hometown CVS location and I am very thankful to have it! The staff is very friendly and helpful in both the store and pharmacy. They have found cost saving coupons in the pharmacy which I truly appreciated.
I will say, the system to call in to talk to a person can be challenging but anytime I’ve called, I always get a call back in a reasonable amount of time. If it is something I don’t feel can wait and I’m able to, I just head over to the store to speak to someone directly.
I use the pharmacy for my vaccinations as well and have always had an excellent experience.
Highly recommend this location!

Once the Algonac CVS closed I had to decide between Marine City & Chesterfield for our pharmacy. My husband picked Marine City & the pharmacy staff is very helpful & patient. The store is smaller than Chesterfield (an excellent store & pharmacy) but the staff here is quite friendly & proficient. We are lucky to have 2 excellent choices in reasonable distance each direction!

My visit to the Marine City, Michigan CVS was successful. A CVS employee assisted me on my purchase with use of a helpful CVS coupon. Very good CVS experience.

This place is a joke. They won’t answer the phone. They tell you they’re going to order a drug and after two weeks they tell you they can’t get it. Go to Kroger or VG

After a horrible day and only 8 minutes from closing time a lady named Barbara who works in the pharmacy changed my day around, she stayed late to do a very important refill for me. Thank you Barbara .

The pharmacy service leaves a lot to be desired. So do the pharmacy hours. Should at least be 9 to 9. Sure do miss Algonac Rite Aid. They knew how to take care of customers.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The lady behind the counter today, her name is Karen, and the manager man I don't know his name were making fun of a disabled man in our town when he was in the store today. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They should both be fired!! Nobody has the right to make fun of somebody. Especially a disabled man. Shame on them and there store
