Jennifer was awful to work with. Could not answer 1 single question I had. Had me believing I bought a protection plan, which apparently only coveted 1 year not all 4 years I had her file. I am extremely upset, with the service I was given. The only thing I do now is how many times she told me she was leaving for vacation ( her personal life, not my concern). Completely unprofessional!
