I am very shocked, this guy surveyed my neighbors on three side my 140 measures 138'8",.
His words was pro ratios, I've been around a minute and surveyed my share, I know where the pro ratios falls in this township and it not just in my front yard.i don't see how he put his name on all of them without questions,even from himself. I've handed it to my attorney after I talked to courthouse.
I get it I never hired him so I get short end,not according to my advisors. Made official complaint at courthouse as well.
Drive by in couple weeks may have billboard to inform people
Idk exactly how law is written against him, but if we were neighbors and I win he would have to pay for my survey, I'm getting someone who is straight shooter.
Beware if equipment is right, needs fixed, if it read wrong and he didn't care he needs fixed

Efficient and thorough. They showed up on time and set right to work. They didn't mind us tagging along to set markers. They explained the procedures. They issued official documents about a week later by mail.
They were recommended to me by a realtor and I've recommended them to my neighbors who asked for their information.
