My husband went a few weeks ago..got a tire and tube for tractor. Cost was 280.00...okay...well tire went flat every cpl days...so yesterday took tire back AND bought another tire...no tube...the lady who was at front was rude and treated him poorly. She argued with him on the price...even tossed the calculator at him to check...all he qas asking was why is it the same price with and without a tube??? She went to back...she was wrong and had a different nicer girl bring new invoice out. Yes it was 25.00 dont be rude. The today go to get tire that kept going flat out of truck to mount and its flat again..
Steve's tire has always been amazing..for years...and its just disheartening to be treated in such a way and then have to take tire to a different service to be fixed.

Brought in a flat tire, fixed the leaky valve but didn't check rest of tire. You would've found this screw pictured. But hey my valve doesn't leak anymore.

Bad experience last time but they were slammed with service calls including the owner Steve being out in one truck and only 2 guts left in store in the install part. They were obviously moving as ow as they could and did not have one care or worry about how long they were taking. 2 hours and 10 minutes for 2 guys to take off 4 wheels and tires, dismount tires, mount-balance-install 4 tires on the wheels and put back on the truck was just asinine. I will be talking to the owner about it Monday because i know for a fact that he's a pretty easy going guy but would not tolerate what was going at even on his worst day. Great guy, great shop, perfect business for the area. I have never needed or asked but I'm sure if you are down due to a tire, they would come out in service truck and do whatever was needed for your car as they are usually doing this for farmers and equipment. Don't do the blue chain store and go local, I bet you even save money!

They were extremely busy with service calls. They are generally awesome about the service but that day, the 2 guys that were working were horrible. If I were their boss, they would have been fired. Take off 4 tires, mount and balance 4 and put back on the truck took 2 hours and 20 minutes and they are not even balanced. Steven is really good about taking care of the small issues and they always find time to squeeze you in if you call first. First bad experience was this last one.

My driver had a flat tire in Hersey, MI. It was around 16:40, when everybody is closing. Luckily for me I found Steve's Tire Service. Steve arrived within an hour, which is very fast considering he was 40 miles away. Found a screw in my tire, was able to fix it by using the plug. My driver was back on the road in no time! Most places would swap the tire with the new one, but Steve first checked and fixed the old one! this saved me about $400.00!Thank you again Steve!

Told I needed new tires so I checked around and they had best price for good brand tires. When I got there they told me my tires were fine. Honesty. Believe it or not .
