Called about getting some breaks for our van. The lady my mother spoke to was actually very rude, from the get go. Other than that the price was right. I would pay more for better customer service though! I would be a repeat customer for somewhere that has great customer service rather than somewhere that is cheaper, just FYI. Word of mouth is better advertisement than anything you will ever pay for!
