i called corporate with my complaint delays, not delivering packages, and poor communication and the way they handle customer's dissatisfaction, is they hang up on you automatically over to a machine. this is why they have the worst delivery service and communication. they can't deliver packages and they don't care about the customers. they are costing manufactures and corporations where we purchase from loss of money and nothing but customer grief. they can't deliver, poor customer service, horrible corporation does not care and gets away with delaying packages and not delivering and when they do they leave it in the street.

Took in a time sensitive package that we needed to overnight to a business. The gentleman at the counter said the barcode was not able to be scanned since it was to small. It was a prepaid package with prepaid postage and he said the delivery trucks would not be able to scan it. I explained that we paid 150 dollars for time sensitive material to be sent overnight from a company. I asked what we could do in this moment to help the process along. He offered no help. Asked to speak with a manager who they said had gone home for the day. Asked if there was a manager on call they said no. Asked if there was another label he could print me or another way they could get around the barcode issue. They said no. He offered a customer service number to call for fed ex to get us another label but I felt that process would take to long. Took it to another fed ex store immediately after across town for a second opinion and they scanned the package no problem and took it in with zero issues. Employees at this business showed NO customer service initiative.

The ladies who work here are rude and unprofessional. I was here for the first time and needed to print some paperwork. When I walked in, there was no greeting! So I went up to the desk and inquired about printing these documents from my phone. "You can print it from there", she added, pointing to the machine. I was stuck, unsure what to do, while they laughed and spoke about the Halloween party they had attended this past weekend before. Very Bad Customer Service!

SO HAPPY! Shoutout to Loranna. She was incredibly helpful and so sweet! I came in the store with a special order of prints and it was affordable, great quality, and so quick!! Even got to use their paper cutter! I would recommend anytime! Thanks again!

I have never had an issue with FedEx until I came to this location for a return. I had to return two pairs of shoes and had the barcode pulled up in my phone. I have a feeling the employee took advantage of me since I had my hands full and my baby with me so he said something like "It's not working, are you sure this is the right one?" And I said yes, this is the barcode given to me from Adidas. He then said "Can I take your phone and try again?" He took my phone to the computer towards the back (we were at the front computer close to the entrance) and scanned it and gave me a receipt then I was on my way. Adidas never received my package although I have a FedEx receipt. I looked up the tracking and it said "delivered to doorstep" somewhere in New Jersey or something like that. It definitely didn't go where it was supposed to go because it confirmed it was delivered to doorstep. When I look up the package info with the tracking number nothing comes up now because it's been a few months - but I'm sure a manager could probably pull it up and see that it was sent to the wrong place. Part of me wonders if the employee at FedEx "scanned" the barcode on my phone aka sent it somewhere he wanted it to go. So now it's a few months later and I'm $100 in the hole. Adidas wouldn't refund me and it's because of this location and it's employee. Obviously I will never trust this location with my packages ever again.

If their bathroom looks like this then to me the business can't sanitize or keep things clean. It's not difficult to get some cleaner and clean with a brush underneath the toilet or to keep the bathroom clean to spray it. Those simple things keep the germs away. If they can't maintain this then how are they doing a personal care and keeping everybody safe.

Inside the walgreens. An unmanned counter. You cannot drop off stuff because you are afraid someone will steal it off the counter

I used to come here every month for a long time to use the copy machine. This location especially has some nasty employees. One Time I was making a copy and I found a paper in the copy machine that somebody previously have left behind and I tried to give it to an employee (a boy) because I thought maybe it was confidential and he got nasty with me he said "just put it over there!!" Another time I went in to make copies I didn't ask for anyone's help because I already knew what I was doing & Selena just came up to me & she aggressively yanked my card out of the slot and started getting really aggressive with me and started yelling push this button and push that button, are you crazy!!! How dare you talk to a customer like that! What a nasty girl. Thank god I don't have to go there anymore. Sometimes I would go in there and I would just get random employees that would look at me with this disgusted look.

I usually don't come here unless I really have to. And since covid happened I have to, my usual place is closed. Well both times I have been treated rudely by a female worker. I dont think both times it was the same girl.

Went to Fedxex in Corona, the one off of McKinley to get some copies made. We were having problems with the printer and asked for help. One of the workers started assisting us, and she was having problems with the machine also. She started getting frustrated, and then got really rude with me and my wife. She informed that she deals with customers all day long. I did not say anything about her comment. I just looked at her, thinking that her comment was uncalled for. I will never, ever give that store my business. When I got home, I called that same Fedex and asked to talk with the manager. As I was explaining the problem that we had with his employee, he hung up on me. Never again.

Just moved to the area and needed to ship some items. Found this as the nearest location to our home. Customer Service was great from the moment I stepped in the store. I was helped by Terri, she made my entire shipping process very pleasant. I will be back for sure.

Had to print up a few documents for work and this was the nearest Fedex to my worksite. Parking: Lord have mercy, it is a small lot with a good amount of businesses. After circling the lot I ended up parking in the KFC ONLY spots. Sorry not sorry. Customer service: The gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and kind! He made sure I didn't have any questions and that he was available if I did. Store: It's on the smaller side. Why three stars? I walked in and it smelled like the plumbing was backed up. It just was a weird smell. Not to mention that there are homeless soliciting in that area. Just not a good vibe. I would not go out of my way to go here especially since the lot is a disaster and I wasn't there during the peak hours either.

I cannot believe the person who helped me is the store manager. I came into fax paperwork and it didn't work the first time. I did it all correctly but it didn't go through. Selena asks me a few questions and when I answered yes to her questions she proceeds to belittle me by telling me I didn't do it right (even though I did) and tells me how I should do it.l, which is what I did the first time. I tried it again and the second time it worked. I see that it is sending. A couple minutes later she comes over and says "It's sending now" I said I knew it's sending and thank you. Then I go to pay and she asks me if I'm having a good day? When I told her that I am injured and in some pain she proceeds to continue to belittle me by telling me how I wasn't using the fax machine correctly and she's trying to help. I told her there are better ways to go about it without making the customer feel like an idiot and not belittling them. She continued to put the blame on me. I walked out. A pice of advice. Instead of asking questions if a customer did steps correctly, how about saying something "The machine just came out of sleep mode and it may not have worked the first time, let's try it again and it should work this time". Instead of asking someone if they are having a good day (which is rude by the way) trying asking someone "How are you doing today?" or "How's your day going?" I have been in customer service for a lot of years and I'm still in a job that relies on helping people with a customer service component. Selena, you need serious work on your customer service skills. They are non-existent and you need training on how you speak to people, your tone, and your attitude. I will never visit your location again.
