“Came in to get a wheel alignment for my 200c they told me I needed a wheel bearing and they could do it be it would need another after I fixed the wheel bearing and they have to charge me $35 for looking at my car so I asked to do the wheel bearing anyway (because it would only be $65 more dollars and at least some work would have been done to my car ) they said that they could no longer do the alignment because it wouldn’t hold and now I’m out of $35 and another $20-$40 for uber rides just for them to do no work on my car the owner called me and made it right I appreciate the care and time he took to make sure things were right and I was satisfied”
“These guys are awesome! They offer free rotation when you buy tires there. I called them and they had me in in an hour and literally had the rotation done in 15 minutes. I could tell by the phone calls they were getting that they were slammed as well and they still managed to get me in and out of there. Great guys! Highly recommend!”

“This is my go to location for affordable decent used tires. Even if sometimes they are extremely busy and you have to wait a good amount of time. 2 weeks ago I grabbed a decent pair to replace my front 2 tires. And the price was only $80(I'm sure the price varies by size). They replaced the pair I bought 18 months ago here. $80 for a pair of tires every year is extremely reasonable. Especially with the amount of driving I do. They are just as reasonable for a repair considering they sometimes have to pull the tire off the rim for the repair. Unlike a lot of these places who've raised their prices so high you might as well go to Bell tire or Discount tire. Last winter I called 15 of these smaller shops to get a price for swapping out for my winter tires. The prices quoted were $120-200. I ended up going to Discount tire and paid $89. But Yurria quoted me $80 because they understand that people are struggling.”

He knew right away what the noise was, checked it out to be sure and looked up the parts and labor for me. He quoted me at worst a fairly large price for how he could fix it, but told me another possible option would be check out his friend at MufflerMan down the road. They were able to do a much simpler fix for me. Dave not only saved me from possibly having a $1500 fix to instead a $300 fix, but was honest with me the whole time and didn’t take advantage of my scenario that I don’t have much knowledge in.
