“Good shops, both with different approaches to the antique game. One side is curated, with smaller amounts of items items tastefully displayed, and the other is more of a random assortment of many more items. Prices were fair, but they don't allow haggling sadly.”
“I would like to take this opportunity to dispute the negative review by Mr. Sonderegger. I attended both days of that auction and I cannot speak about Mr. Patient bringing things that were not theirs, but I CAN speak about the ruined lawns. This was a 2-day auction in L'Anse and the weather was HORRIBLE on the first day - it rained practically the whole day and so there was not much that Butch or Judy to do to remedy that - they don't control the weather. I'm not sure how Butch and Judy do their auction contract, but I have had occasion to use an auctioneer in the past and they intend to sell EVERYTHING - even if they have to bundle things together. If you thought that things were "given" away, you should have put a "reserve" price on it. I have had nothing but good dealings with the whole B.Patient auctions and look forward to attending again.”
