Great company. Storage units are very large for the cost. Customer service has always been quick and amazing from the start. Definitely recommend APS Properties for storage needs.

I've been renting from the Hargrave apartments for a couple of years now and I find the quality to be mediocre.
The price for the location in town is excellent, however the price makes more sense when apartment interior and services are factored in. The interior has low water pressure, a leaky roof, and cracks in the wall. I've even had neighbors that have had their roof cave in on them. The stairs leading up to the apartments are so covered in pigeon feces that I typically have to avoid using the stairs from the parking lot. Maintenance can either be very quick to respond, or it can take months for them to come by for a simple task. Most of the washers and dryers haven't worked for years, even after multiple service calls. The plowing in winter is typically lackluster, with a plow truck coming by 5 times a year at best. The parking is unreliable, with maintenence and contract workers sometimes parking in my designated parking spot overnight. Which wouldn't be an issue normally, however, when I pay for parking and am forced to park on the street for over a month, it quickly becomes unreasonable.
The Hargrave apartments offer an excellent location for a very cheap price, however, with the poor interior quality and lackluster services, it quickly becomes apparent that you get what you pay for.

Great customer service! One of the few storage unit companies that responded quickly to questions and inquiries and easy monthly payment system. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I moved into an apartment with APS earlier this summer and I have felt right a home. The rent is very fair for the size and condition of the apartment I rent. I lost my keys and let the maintenance staff know and they came out and changed my locks and replaced my keys without any penalty. They were very helpful. The once is easy to get ahold of and very pleasant to work with. I recommend renting with APS properties to anyone looking for an apartment, house, or unit of an kind!

We've been renting for a number of months now and are very satisfied with the storage unit and, more importantly, with the customer service. The APS office staff have made things easy, and are very straightforward and helpful. For a storage unit, you get what you pay for. However, when customer service is good, it makes life a lot easier. Kudos to them!

Awesome staff made it easy to get into a storage unit quickly. It is very convenient that the storage units have pallets to keep my items off the ground. Locking door handles, deadbolts, and accessibility for a tenant's own padlock make the storage units safe and secure.

APS - Hargrave has been my home for the last 3 years, and it has been the most affordable and budget-friendly place to rent in Marquette county. With that being said; there are obviously thing that could be fixed faster, plowed sooner, and overall maintenance performed at a quicker pace. Maintenance can be quick to reach, or extremely difficult on occasion, but always arrive when they can and with the utmost assistance. My only complaint would be the communal washer/dryer area. Only one washer and one dryer (out of 6) work as directed even after routine “maintenance.” But for $3 total to wash and dry, especially compared to King Koin (where it’s $4+). I’m willing to deal with it :)
