“Had the best experience at Hoovers today. I stopped in on my lunch break just to inquire about a very annoying little issue that the Toyota dealership couldn’t (or wouldn’t) handle (go figure) and after about 20 minutes, they came out & told me it was fixed! And wouldn’t take my money because it was “just a little work”. I honestly have never had that happen to me but I’m truly grateful it did. These folks are super nice, accommodating & I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for this kind of stuff! I’ve been stressed about that for months! Wish I’d have come by sooner. Thank you guys again.”

“We had to be towed when our motorhome broke down. We live out of it so they towed us to a campground, came and picked us up when the parts for my rv arrived, and worked tirelessly to make sure we weren’t stranded for any longer. There aren’t a lot of places that will work on a 30 year old rv so it was a fair bit expensive, but not something I wasn’t expecting. I would recommend them for their customer service. And also the tow truck driver came less than 30 minutes after we called originally, and also arrived 10 minutes early to our scheduled pickup time. He was friendly and informative and even tried to see if it was a problem he could fix right there”

“I was on vacation, camping when the transmission on my hummer h2 went out. It had been rebuilt 4 months prior to the trip. Terry with Marquette transmissions and Nick from Omaha transmission where I had rebuilt worked together to fix the trans, turns out it was a bad torque converter which took out the pump. Terry even picked me up from the airport so I didn't have to pay for a cab. Who does that? I had to fly back to get my Hummer. I'm posting this to say thanks to Terry and Nick for doing the right thing and Terry for going the extra mile to help out a stranger get his Hummer home. It's good to know there are folks still willing to help.”

“I drove 320 miles from Mid Michigan for a conference in Marquette. Once I arrived in town, I heard a rattling noise in the rear of my 2021 Blazer. I pulled into Midas and Tom was able to fit me in to ensure my vehicle was road worthy. Once they lifted my car for inspection, it was determined that I had a broken rear sway bar link. Tom was able to locate the one and only part available in town, and get it fixed within the hour. Great pricing and excellent service provided. Highly recommended! Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!”
