My son was having car trouble and needed a serious issue addressed before coming home for thanksgiving Holiday. It is a Volvo and nobody else in town could look at the car because of the make. Brandon and team got the car inspected quickly and resolved the issue the same day. Barrons does great work, are extremely polite and fair priced for their service.

Yes very satisfied with Barron’s service and work….a little rocky to start with facilitating the warranty processes through Jasper Motors for engine exchange and replacement, but ultimately you guys pulled through for us in a big way. It took a while to get there, but the final bill was fair and Kyle and Dave were great to work with. The truck is running great at this time. We will be return customers and will recommend others. Barron's saved the day as we were passing through on a long trip. They were able to squeeze us in, and get us back on the road in no time. Dealing with an older truck, I could not find anyone that was willing to so much as touch it. After bringing it to Barrons, I was thrilled that they were so open to taking on the job. They gave me a free estimate, and included pictures and descriptions of what they had found. I tell everyone I know to go here for car troubles because I trust them so much!

As a woman who does know a lot about cars, instead of assuming I didn't and trying to get more money from me than necessary, they used my knowledge as a tool to quickly diagnose and come up with cost-effective repairs. I definitely would recommend this place again ! As a young female I always feel skeptical of going to mechanics and things but I never felt like they were taking advantage of me or anything and everyone was super kind and responsive! I live six hours downstate and I was making my way up to Marquette yesterday, and I broke down 20 minutes from my Airbnb. When I was stuck at AutoZone, I called Barron’s and spoke to Brandon. The guy at AutoZone told me that I no longer had a belt attached to my alternator and I could clearly see that as well. I was completely unable to drive my car. After having it towed for the night, the guys were able to squeeze me in (thank goodness!!) Lucky for me. Two cars did not show up to their appointments and they were able to get me back on the road, all fixed by noon!!!! I am able to carry-on with my work trip. THANK YOU for saving me!!!!

Thank you Barron’s. I had the rear brake pads and rotors replaced, rear springs replaced, and an oil change. They explained what had to be done and showed me the uneven wear on the brake pads. College girls Beware!! My wife brought her car in for a service required light. She is only 24. They told her that the front brakes needed to be replaced and quoted $583 for a full brake swap from “glazing”. We JUST had the front brakes changed 4 months before this, Rotors and Pads! They still look and work great and have no noise or vibrations. In the quote description, they even said “good pad life” but still wanted to get as much money as possible by doing unneeded work! Btw, rotors can also be cleaned if they get glazed over. They also quoted >$120 to change a $30 serpentine belt that doesn’t need changing after further inspection. This involves putting slack on the tensioner pulley and slipping the belt off. It is just about as simple as putting a hair tie in your hair, especially on a 2003 Accord. All in, her quoted bill was $927 which would have included an $83 oil change. We have used Barron’s multiple times before “with both of us stepping inside” and never have had this issue. Idk what changed there but vulnerable college students use caution!!

Barron’s has done great work for me every time I’ve had my car there (various repairs over the years). They are prompt and courteous when you speak to them. They send a detailed report on your car to you so you can read their findings and approve/decline services that may be necessary which is very nice for those of us who are busy and not hanging around the shop!! They always follow up to make sure I’m happy with the service and they have always been very personable when interacting.
