“We placed an on-line order for pavers, paver base, sheetrock, and several other items. The interface between Lowe's national on-line ordering and delivery scheduling office, and the Marquette store seems like it needs some coordination, but the staff in the national location and in Marquette were all extremely helpful and customer oriented. Rob, the Marquette Delivery Manager, Jenna, and Matt, our delivery driver, were all very competent and friendly. Our place is about 2 1/2 hours from the Marquette store. It did take a while to schedule the delivery because of the distance and a problem with the delivery truck, but once the day was set, Matt arrived right on time and helped me put all of the items where I needed them. We thought the delivery charge of about $166 was reasonable considering the distance and the weight of the stuff we ordered. All of the items arrived in perfect condition. We would not hesitate to order from Lowe's again.”
