This place doesn't have good prices barely has anybody ever working there when you try to hire or apply there nobody ever calls you back for the position even though they don't have stuff over there. I've been wanting to change carriers for a while

Went to order a phone, said it would be in Friday, after 3 days of calling and still no phone, I just ordered it offline.. it's now been a week and still no call back from them.. Marquette office, do better.

I had excellent customer service with Cassie and Eric with team Marquette. We brought in 2 phones and were trying to switch them over, it was a nightmare. They were determined to get it done....5 hrs later we had success. They went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend going to them. I can not say enough good about them!

If you haven’t made the switch to Cricket Wireless DO IT NOW!!!Eric B at the Marquette MI Cricket Wireless store gave me the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere this year! Setup and everything was super easy and painless. I’m now paying only $60 a month for two lines versus $97 though ATT.

They are helpful, but I have to rant about the phone insurance. We've been paying for 3 years and over, and since my daughter's phone is an upgrade, the said amount of deductible is a big fat lie! The insurance they partnered with is the biggest scam ever!!!!!!!!!!!! What's the purpose of insuring if you still have to pay half the price of a new one. Big turn off on my part here! Might look elsewhere. It is very upsetting.

I ported 2 numbers and brought my own phones in last Saturday. Since the initial setup neither of my numbers work now! I was stuck in the store (dirty, dingy hasn't been properly cleaned) for over 4 hours for the employees whom all basically just ignore the customers (as they are coughing on each other and look like they dragged themselves into work from the previous night of binge drinking) Not a single word spoken to me as I waited for 4 hours. Best part is after 4 hours all I got was a shoulder shrug and told to wait 72 hours for my phones to work on the network properly. I have now been on the phone and chat with customer support totaling more than 8 hours and still haven't had a working phone in over 6 days! Despicable! I'll be porting my numbers and bringing my business elsewhere.
