This place is an absolute joke! Do not bring your vehicle here! I called ahead of time asking if they could fix an oil leak and do a good look over on my 84 skoolie. I knew they had the proper hoist to do it considering they work on school busses, but wanted to make sure as mine is non diesel and quite a bit older. They said yes and booked me about a week and a half out. My "apt" was on a Thursday. My bus was towed (also by crossroads) on Wednesday one day ahead of time. I called Friday before close because I had heard nothing since Wednesday. The girl who answered the phone claimed nothing had been done to bus, that it was only towed and no further instruction was given. Told me to call back on Monday. Communication was lackluster from the start, seemed like nobody knew what was going on, or was it because nobody cared about my vehicle? So I call back Monday and they claim it's been looked at and they'll give me a call back later. They call back again Monday with a laundry list of problems on my vehicle (we're talking the smallest of problems like a coolant resevoir not attached properly, and problems ive never been told about by anyone else, big hm). The things a 1984, of course it's not going to be in tip top shape. The main reason for bringing it to them was to fix the oil leak to get it on the road. I explained all I wanted was an estimate for the oil leak, the whole reason for it coming in. They (Jake) insisted on telling me repeatedly how there's just so much wrong with my vehicle, just insinuating that it's a pos, but that they'd call the following day with an estimate for the leak. I did not receive a call the following day, but two days later. Nobody took the time to do an estimate, and I was just straight up lied to. Jake's exact words on the final call were "there's just too much wrong with it and we don't want our name on it." Funny, considering it's been to two other shops in town and they both complimented how great of shape it's in for its age. My bus was towed and sat there for a week for them to tell me they don't want to work on it and what a piece of junk it is. Super unprofessional. It was a complete waste of time. Took my bus to Quality Car Care and they were able to fix the leak in just a couple hours for less than $100! No problems whatsoever. So why didn't anyone want to work on my vehicle? Laziness? Not profitable enough? Because I'm female? Don't know. You lost out on a reoccuring customer. Your loss!

We were traveling in our motor coach and having major issues. Called and talked to Jake the service manager and he said they were really busy but would work me in that day. Upon arriving a technician named Blake who was 22 years old started rattling off the the possible problems. This guy was great, between him and Dan a seasoned tech they were able to resolve the issue that two previous shops couldn't figure out and had us back on the road in a few hours. They know there stuff and were pleasant to visit with. On top of it all the cost was half of what we were expecting. Highly recommend this place and these guys.

Dan did an amazing job on our renovated school bus. We had an issue with our starter and Dan negotiated through a pile of wires and figured out the problem. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's a great guy. Honest and we are so grateful!

I called looking for towing, but no one answered & no return call. This is why I'm down the middle, not good, but not bad.

Young kid driving your truck was at the holiday inn to help a tour bus. Clogged up the loading and unloading. We went th opposite way to get our luggage while he was jaw jacking with the bus driver. We were there less than a minute to get luggage and the kid had a fit. Very rude young man. I would not do business with this company if this is who they employ,

These guys saved the day, 3,000 miles away from home, the local Ford dealer couldn’t give us the time of day. Jeff worked us in to their busy schedule, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and took good care of us. All in record time. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We travel the country in a 43' diesel MotorCoach. Coming into town to go to our next campground the check engine light came on and I lost alot of power, pulling a 4 door Jeep. I got to the campground and called Crossroads Truck Repair. I set an appointment to go in the next morning to have it looked at. I met the owner, Mike, and one of his mechanics, Dan. Dan did a diagnostic and it showed a bad sensor and corroded sensor wire along with a clogged crankcase filter. They put the parts on order and I told him we were leaving the campground in a few days and could stop back by on our way out of town for the repair. As Dan and another mechanic were doing the repairs Dan showed me two other issues he found. One was a safety issue for us and the other was a safety issue for the coach. Mind you none of these were long repairs. They fixed them and we were on our way. I felt so comfortable with Mike and his mechanics. They not only explained to me what was going on and why but showed me. Now I understand a little more about my coach.I would certainly use this company again. The bill was in the range I expected and what I was comfortable with paying. Great Work guys. Mike you have built up an awesome team there. Dan, Thank you for looking out for our safety and the coaches health. And also the education on my Coach. And Frank, Thanks for getting in there getting your work done and out quickly.

The only time service to respond near Marquette after calling 4 different places. Cost was $200 for flatbed tow to a tire shop and they very kindly dropped us off at a hotel near enough to walk to pick up the van the next morning. Highly recommend even if you don't drive a semi truck!

First off, I would like to thank this repair shop for doing an excellent job. Secondly, I would like to thank Jeff Lindsey for the kindness he showed me and my son. That’s rare to find in these times. Last, but most certainly not least; I’d like to thank Blake Mitchell! This young man is a goat among mechanics! Brodie hit different!Service: Transmission

I had a coolant line leak on my way up from Indiana, it was located up in the frame and completely inaccessible (by me). Was going through 2 gallons of coolant every 47 miles by the time we made it the the Marquette Tourist Park. We called many shops and finally found this shop on a recommendation from Camping World. They run 2 shifts and I was able to take the short trip to their shop and their mechanic was able to fix me up so I could make it home. So thankful to you all, you saved us from this hellish trip so we could make it home. (40' Fleetwood Revolution cummins 350 ISC)
