We were stranded by our 2024 diesel GMC and walked 20 minutes to Enterprise in Marquette. Got there about 15 mins prior to closing. Andrea was there and took incredible care of us! She made a couple extra calls and got us in a vehicle quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. We’re thankful for her!!!

I cannot say enough about this team at this location. We were somehow locked out of our rental, keyfob inside, it was late in the evening. While I did call Enterprise main line, yet iI reached out to Hayden and he personally had a local tow lockout service to my location in 15 mins at 10pm at night, problem solved.Thank you to Hayden, this team in my 10 years of service with them, never disappointed.

Amazing staff, with amazing customer service. A special shout out to Rylee for working later because I forgot that they closed at noon on Saturdays. And was able to get my rental so I can go to the Packer game on Sunday. She was amazing very friendly and definitely deserves a raise.Whole staff in this office is always very friendly and great customer service.

Not a big "leave a review" person, but man was I impressed with our recent car rental experience at Detroit Airport. We entered the rental center on the day before Thanksgiving and there were people handing out water, smiling, people at the ready to get us in our car and on our way. THE most efficient rental car check in I have ever experienced and we travel monthly. The manager was there greeting everyone as they entered. Once we did the necessary paperwork, an associate walked with us to the vehicle and loaded our luggage for us. Unreal. We talked about it as we drove to our Air bnb and joked that it would probably be the last time we get that sort of treatment... well... we were wrong. We arrived to return the vehicle on the busiest travel day, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and we had the EXACT same experience. Incredible customer service. Everyone from the guy checking us in to the person inside to the shuttle driver... outstanding. There were MANY people we interacted with but I only got Adam's card.. so he is the one getting mentioned.. But WOW.. hats off Enterprise. I will never look elsewhere for my car rental.Five stars start to finish

I arranged for a rental car through enterprise October 13, flying in from Chicago to Sawyer airport. The car that was left was not an economy car, but rather one that used a lot of gas---I'm sure some might view this as an upgrade. When I called the Enterprise Rental on Saturday, October 14th in Marquette, Mi, I was helped by the manager of that office. He was very helpful, and had a compact car ready for me within the hour. I appreciate the professional way the car rental was done and the friendly, helpful manager. I will certainly be back!

Enterprise is expensive compared to other local places, and they only accept limited forms of payment. They literally would not take my money, but I'm glad because I found a more affordable option. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I received a follow up email from customer service offering a non-apology. Insufficient and insulting. I will be utilizing Avis going forward as they saved the day. After being a loyal Enterprise renter for years, I refuse to do business with them ever again.

Just tried to book a rental car and was told everything was secure and set and now they call back and say “sorry we know you’re stranded 6 hours from home but we lied and booked a car that wasn’t there for you”Absolutely stupid

Very good, very nice. Hayden and Kennedy are pretty dope. But that Mike guy, boy he's somethin' else. He'll hook you up with the best of the best in the enterprise fleet, If you catch my drift. ? *WINK* *WINK* only downside is the windows on my whip weren't exactly the cleanest. 2022 Chrysler Pacifica, boy do these babies got some serious pickup-and-go, totes under-rated yall. Super spacious, super warm, supa' fast!

Made a reservation. Got all the way there to be told they don't have a single vehicle much less the one I reserved. No call or email from them except the confirmation of reservation.
