I do not think I’ve ever wrote a review BUT !This time I’am ! I have never in my life been talked to or treated like I was this morning ,I’ve owned my own businesses and I can’t begin to imagine ever talking to someone so rudelyAnd being hung up on!!! We are known upHere in the UP as Someplace Special obviously she’s not from here !! And I believing I’mNot the only person she’s been rude too! Sad for her ! Life is precious and we should be thankful everyday!

I have been getting my flowers from FlowerWorks for 13 years. I love their selection and such a nice spacious beautiful store! In the summer when the greenhouse is open it's so full of plants it's just amazing. Andrea the owner is so helpful and a professional with all of her designs. There are no stores that do such amazing designs like she does. I highly recommend her store and her services. And the deliveries are awesome too!

When the young girls are working they are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I just walked in and looked around and I believe it was the owner and she was not very friendly. Tried chatting with her and she often would just not respond. I said thank you and walked out and she barely looked at me and said nothing in response. Would never go here again...try Luteys or Forsbergs New Leaf

If i could rate this 0, I would my husband ordered flowers I never received. He ordered flowers for my birthday. They never delivered are attempted to my office. Wanted me to pick them up. We asked for a refund and the lady refused. Now we have to dispute through the bank. DO NOT USE! They will take your money and claim they attempted to deliver ??

I would have posted zero stars if it were possible. We tried to buy flowers through the website and didn’t get a confirmation but our credit card was charged. When we call Andrea at flowerworks, she said she didn’t have the money and she couldn’t call her website payment processor to return the money. So no flowers and no money. In addition to being unwilling to help she was very rude and essentially blamed me. Don’t buy flowers here!

I loved visiting this flower shop! Andrea was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with ease. I’ll be utilizing her helpfulness and come back to this beautiful green house to support this business.

As a botanist I was initially excited to shop at the store and intended on making a few larger purchases, as flower works has some older/well established plants. However a woman, whom I presume to be the owner, (older woman with an accent) was dismissive and rude—telling me not to touch any plants as she has been dealing with too much damage before I even spent 30 seconds inside. She then proceeded to move into the area I was browsing to say she was sweeping there and I had to move. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store and was more than happy to leave. Felt as though the shop keeper is more concerned with keeping the plants as her own collection than a storefront selection for sale.

Stopped in today having every intention to get supplies for a plant including possibly a pot and some new soil. When I walked in I told the owner I had just got a plant from Facebook marketplace (literally from another person in town) and it was looking a little droopy. She immediately stopped me, and said “I will not help you. You did not buy the plant from me. Ask Facebook.” Incredibly rude. Absolutely not the way to treat someone looking to purchase items from your business. I will not be retuning. I would have even possibly bought another plant when I was in there! Ridiculous, rude, down right horrible service. Should be ashamed as a local business owner. Went to another local shop and was helped completely and treated right. I recommend everyone bring their business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered 18 roses and baby’s breath -12 red and 6 pink. My delivery was an hour late and I was given 6 red roses and 12 red tulip looking flowers with no baby’s breath. I came in and showed Andrea (who put my arrangement together) and she took no accountability and even threatened to call the police if I don’t pay the full amount. Save yourself the headache and wrong order

The low rating is purely due to the owner/florists attitude. The flower and plant selection is fine enough, but nothing that is so remarkable as to be worth supporting when any plant that can be purchased from flower works can be found at any of the other local shops in town. Looking through reviews, and my own experiences, it seems to me the owner needs to relearn how to treat people with respect so her customer service skills might match up to her flower designing skills.

Flower Works, LLC. Made my bouquet and small flower arrangements for micro-wedding/reception in October of 2020 and everything turned out awesome. Sent some pictures for inspiration (told them I wanted very romantic/bohemian and textured), and they executed to perfection! Highly recommend using their services!
