I am a florist in lower Michigan. I ordered an arrangement for my friend that lives up there. Very disappointed. I figured she would get a nice, hand-tied (or similar) arrangement. I think my total was $96 and some change. Minus labor and delivery, I figured she'd get a $70-$75 arrangement. I also figured that flowers would be a bit more expensive in the U.P. I want oranges, reds, yellows, and specifically sunflowers. I also asked for them to send a picture. I got no picture, the arrangement had really no greens around it, and I felt it was skimpy. To be honest, that arrangement would have never left my shop. I really should have read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!

We ordered a fairly expensive arrangement for my grandmother's 81st birthday. I will say the flowers that showed up were nice looking. however that's where this story starts. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday we ordered Wednesday morning. Wed afternoon comes and we get a call from the delivery driver that she delivering our flowers that day. We try to correct her and say no they are for Friday. response we received well I'm just the delivery driver and I'm delivering them. We called the store immediately to try and stop it. she delivered anyhow. and it's not even the correct flower order. so we called store again. no one in charge speak with. an employee took all my info and whole story down said someone would call next day. Thursday no phone call. Friday I make the drive to the store. extremely irritated at this point. I'm welcomed by Bobby with the upmost respect. Claiming he never received the info but with the willingness to make it right with anything that was in his ability. we came to agreed refund amount and he is the reason we will continue to be customers. so as a summary they completely botched order, delivery driver definitely disappointed us, worker who took all my info never turned it into manager, but Bobby came in as an all-star to redeem the whole business.

We ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to our mother two times a month for 6 months. Everything was OK for about 3 months, then deliveries stopped. Called Forsberg's about it and they sent out another bouquet, apologized, and promised that they would not forget to send the remaining flowers. No more flowers came, so we received only about half of what we paid for. I've also noticed that the flowers that did come don't last very long, so I suspect they are sending my mother flowers that are near expiration. We will not be buying anything at Forsberg's again, and suggest that you might not want to, either.

Purchased flowers from these folks for more than 30 years. They failed to deliver flowers to my mom on her 90th birthday. Im done.

Called several times to try and order flowers for a wedding. Every time I call the person who is suppose to handle weddings (Sara so I am told) is always busy. Think it would not be so hard to find a flower shop that wants your business. Trying to have a 5-minute call with them takes 3 days and several no call backs. I would suggest stepping up your customer service, especially when dealing with such an important day for someone (a wedding). Customers want to feel like they picked the right vendor and that the vendor cares about them. You should be winning my business and I should not have to jump through so many hoops for service. I guess I will look elsewhere...Response 1:When I called the first time, the person I spoke with stated it was Administrative Assistant's week, but nobody stated you were slammed and short on designers (I am assuming this the busy holiday you were referring to). They asked me to send an email and set up a wedding consultation. I responded by saying my future wife would do that, but all I wanted was to speak with someone for 5 minutes to see if I could talk through a few things first (honestly, I simply wanted to feel confident speaking with a decision maker for a few minutes before we decided to use you). All I was told was it was a busy week for Sara. The first day I called, I was asked (instructed to use your words) if I could call back at 2pm (not 3pm). I stated I was working and unsure if I would be available, but I would try my best. I was not able to call back, due to working. I called back the next day and was told Sara was in the restroom and she would call me back in 5 minutes. I never received a call back. I called back several hours later and the person I spoke with stated Sara was not able to call me back and she (the person I spoke with) forgot to call me back. She asked if I could call back tomorrow. I stated, "I guess I will look elsewhere." The person I spoke with then stated, Thank you and we ended the call. Didn't even try to fight for my business. Maybe it was not wanted. Again, all I wanted was to talk to a decision maker for 5 minutes to see if the vibe I got was a good vibe and to determine if I wanted to bring my business to you. I am sorry earning my business was not a priority. Lastly, the response to my review was defensive, combative, and further proof my initial impression was correct. If I can't even get a 5 minute a call to feel good about a vendor, then how can I trust you with such an important day.

We had a winter elopement in Marquette and we got a bouquet and boutonnières from Forsberg’s A New Leaf. Bobby was great to work with to plan the flowers. Since we were coming from down state, they made the pick up process really simple. We would highly recommend!

Forsberg’s A New Leaf is truly a 5 stars! Their commitment to great service exceeds beyond great! Both Bobby and Sara are amazing, they always return your call, but do realize they are extremely busy. Whether it’s your kids in University or locals I give them 5 thumbs up! I'm very disappointed with my interaction with this business. 6 months ago I was in contact with the previous owner to arrange rentals for our wedding. The owner then stopped responding to any communication after sending me a request for a down payment. Shortly after the new owner took over she assured me that she would be following through on all rentals previous agreed upon. She assured me she would be in touch with me in one week. Three weeks later after once again not receiving a contract, I contacted the business. The owner has an employee call me and inform me that the owner would no longer be honoring the rental contracts. With limited options, waiting weeks to inform someone that you will not honor a rental agreement can throw a huge wrench into the wedding planning process.....

Always great service and quality! I cannot tell you how great this florist is. For years now, every order has been top quality and they are willing to go above and beyond. Don't call or order from anyone else in Marquette!Added 10/2021--- This shop is amazing. The quality and care they give is second to none. I just wish every florist could be half as good as Forsberg's!!!
