I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and service of this establishment! I had to purchase another vehicle due to a deer accident, and within less than a week, I walked out with an awesome certified pre-owned Crosstrek. Jason Borneman and Heather Swope went above and beyond, and were instrumental in making the selection process and sale go smoothly. Blaine Salmonson also gave sage advice and feedback about what modifications I could consider to better my driving experience, as I frequently drive on unlit backroads. Hat's off to this great team - their time and attention are much appreciated!

Earlier this year, Riley Dobson helped me and my husband find the best vehicle for us.
She made sure we were aware of all our options - going into detail and hunting down any information we asked for - and she made the whole process easy.
It's been about 6 months since our purchase and we couldn't be more pleased.
We had one minor vehicle concern, but the service department was very efficient and helpful. They got it taken care of under warranty quickly and easily.
I would absolutely recommend Riley and Fox Subaru Marquette to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle.

I have gone to the Subaru shop twice to have my car serviced and I have been extremely satisfied with the service given. I was in at the scheduled time and both times the servicing time was very reasonable. The waiting area was very comfortable and snacks/beverages were provided. It’s about 2 hours for us to drive to the garage but well worth it.

Had a great experience, from the test drive, then the team working with me on the purchase. The owner gave me an awesome Christmas present by taking 2000.00 off so I could afford it. Love my car!! Great service all around. Harley was my girl! Told them what i liked and wanted and the team made it happen. They went over and explained everything well . And we had issue with the van tire going there. We asked if possible to look at with out hesitation they took it in right away we had a nail they fixed it for us . Now thats service!!! Thanks subaru

We wanted to get a new Subaru so we wnt to Fox in Marquette MI. They are great to work with! We got Harley as our sales Rep, she was very attentive and treated us excellent.
My wife has never had a brand new car and Harley spoke with her and helped her choose a beautiful Outback Wilderness.

The transmission failed on our 2013 F150. The Service Manager of Fox Ford Marquette MI, Josh Hawkins went to great effort to provide all necessary information to the warranty department to complete the repairs as well as keeping us fully informed at all times of the progress of the repair and notified us immediately when it was completed

Had a fantastic time here buying our 5th Subaru as a first time purchaser from this dealership. Our salesperson (Harley) was easy to work with and communicated everything we needed in a timely manner so our time at the dealership was not drawn out (we are from out of town). Both Harley and Andrew got us everything we needed while we were there, but we were also in and out of the dealership in no time. Much better than other experiences I have had needing to be at a dealership ALL DAY to make a purchase.
