A very clean store, well stocked, very neat. However, checkout is slow with not enough registers open necessitating too long of a wait. Rather than just paying for our merchandise, we were asked for and given way too much information which prolonged the checkout process far too long, Our conclusion was that Amazon is so much easier; I far prefer to spend my money locally but when the checkout process is artificially extended, it becomes too much for old legs and feet and I'll let my butt take the hit as I use the computer to shop.

It's no Bealls. The selection of mens performence fishing shirts was non existant. And the prices were outrageous. The store was clean.

Very large space to do a lot of walking! Clearance racks are very mixed up in sizes and what is actually on clearance. The store is very clean.

I had an internet order to return. I was greeted with a smile, and given a credit on a Kohl's card. I shopped and purchased alternative products, all within that morning.

Store is very clean and associates are friendly and helpful. Pat was friendly and quickly finished our sale. Granddaughters had fun spending the Kohl's cash. ( Plus extra ) ??

Kaitlin was absolutely superb at her job! I wanted to exchange a pair of capris, and when Kohls was out of what I wanted she searched all over to find a pair for me.
Then she went above and beyond in fixing my Kohls cash amount at the service desk.
She is a real asset to your company!

I came to the store to buy clothing and what was for sale in women's and men's ware was cheap. Poorly made and skimpy. It just was cheap and that's why people will shop on line: they was quality for their money.

Always a pleasure to shop at our Kohls store in Marquette, MI. Since losing other larger department stores, it is nice to still have them in our community. The staff are friendly and product selection good and great prices.
