If I could leave a 0 I would. I picked up a facial cushion for my CPAP in February. I had to pay for it when I picked it up (estimated for what the cost would be after insurance payment). Insurance came back and paid in full. I have called several times and they state there is no balance on my account. So they accepted not only my payment but my insurance payment. No one will call me back on getting a refund and everytime I call no one knows what the heck is going on. It is beyond frustratingUPDATE:here we are months later....my HRA paid in full and they "conveniently"did not post the payment stating it was never received and are now threatening collection action against me.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I have filed with the BBB and they still deny payment, eventhough, i have sent in proof it has been paid. This company are thieves

Excellent service. Husband left some parts of his Cpap machine while on vacation. One call, very good directions and he was provided with what he needed! Now we can all sleep...lol! ??All super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They should get a raise!!! Thank you!!!

My wife picked up her first cpap from here on 4/18 and was told the provider would call in a couple days to see how things were going. We called on 4/20 because we had questions that needed an answer. The person we talked to could not provide any answers but said she would have someone call back. We called again on 4/25 and really didn’t get any answers, again, and was told they would get back with us.. Here it is 5/5 and no one has contacted us to answer our remaining questions or “to see how things are going”. We are very displeased with this nonexistent customer service. They’ve made the sale and that is all that matters.Be advisedYou are on your own when dealing with the Marquette branch.

Had to hold the office staff's hands to get anything done. I told them not to send items because my insurance from my old job expired before I got insurance from my new job. Items where sent anyway. When i called with the new insurance information, the info never got entered in and had to call back to remedy this. Returned items, didn't get credit and my account was billed anyway. No call back as promised, had to call to get this cleared up and to get a refund issued. Rarely got a call back when id leave a message, always had to call them again. Nice enough staff, I just think that Lincare as a company is broken. Photo is the number of times I called about the same issue.

The products they rent work fine and the women I spoke to is kind and tried to help. I used their oxygen tanks for about 7 weeks and returned them the end of October. I was over billed by about $10, so they now owe me money. It is now June and I continue to receive additional bills, have spoken to office staff and central office staff trying to stop the billing but still not resolved.....probably a total of 10 phone calls on my end.The billing department of this company is as incompetent as I have ever experienced and I will never do business with them again...ever!

Do not return phone callsDont seem to be concerned that products are not suitable.Not satisfied with service or products.In spite of this medicare pays them every month.
