Got what we needed to make small repairs for the camper while traveling

Ordered foam board insulation at $42.00 a board. States they delivered it, was at my neighbors house and not mine. They left me a board that someone had already cut in three different pieces that would do me no good. Those that deliver state contactless delivery so the neighbor excepted the piece because what other choice did he have. The customer service for that business is one of the worst that I have had to deal with. Said they would call back and never received a call. Requested a manager and was told this is what he will tell you. I finally told the girl she either gets her manager/supervisor on the phone or I will get into my car and drive to speak with someone in person, Just go anywhere else to purchase what you need. It should now be delivered tomorrow but I don't have high hopes on what any of their customer service employees tell me. I will be shopping anywhere else other than this business.

no one answers phone, husband went into store to get what they did not include in the delivery which was the manual that goes with the appliance and was told to 'google it' google this Lowe's you suck your appliance sucks and your customer service sucks

Probably the last time I buy anything from Lowe's In store or online! I don't know what happened to this company? A online order from here I purchased 25' of a Armor for a Gas line they sent it to me Cut up in 1' sections making it useless, today I needed a Table Saw bad , I ordered it for pickup because I needed it before Monday, so I drove out there and as soon as I turned towards the lot one of there Semi Drivers thought they could just pull out in front of me forcing me to turn into the first entrance! I have a dashcam video of this driver's bad driving! (FYI he was a lot closer than it seemed because the dashcam has a 180° fisheye lens making things look further away, I was 3'-4' from hitting him!!) I'm posting it to this review, also when I picked up my saw I asked where the saw blades were , I don't use the blades that come with the saws are usually junk. As I was walking towards them a young employee decided I needed his help and wouldn't take no for an answer, I didn't need a escort i just needed to grab a 10" blade pay and get out, it was a 2 1/2 hour drive home towards Wisconsin raining like crazy across the entire UP , I don't like driving in the dark but this kid thought wasting my time was part of his job. I decided not to buy the blade and picked one up at Ace hardware instead to save time.

After a Lowes delivery I witnessed your Lowes delivery driver for no reason other than complete incompetence drive across my daughter's back yard, get stuck on top of her septic tank, repeatedly rock the stuck delivery truck back and forth destroying her septic tank leaving deep ruts in the resulting mud and drive away. There was no logical reason for the driver to drive on the lawn. Lowes directed my daughter to their delivery service. The person at the delivery service denied this had occured. Thankfully for her the event had been recorded on video. I also witnessed at that time her neighbor shouting and waving his arms at the driver to stop. After several phone conversations the company finally sent workers months later to inspect the damage. Six non english speaking men arrived. They proceeded to damaged the septic tank further by cracking the out drain off the tank. They were being told to stop yet continued anyway resulting in completely breaking the pipe with the shovel. They left. When two of the workers were sent back to repair the out drain the next day they damaged it further yet by trying to pull the baffle out then stuffing the torn baffle inside tank. They glued a pipe onto the damaged tank which began leaking before they left. It will be seven months and Lowes, your delivery company, and everyone else involved have been passing my daughter off again and again and again. No one will take any responsibility for the destruction. Meanwhile, at their direction, two septic companies inspected it. Both conclude that there is no doubt the damage was the result of a large vehicle rocking back and forth on it. After repeatedly being re directed to email videos, photos and statements she contacted Lowes only to be passed on to yet another person. Her insurance company said they are waiting for Lowes third party contractor, Lowes third party contractor keeps passing it off to someone else. It has been 6 months of complete incompetence and negligence.

I love Lowes. They are great for pick up and lumber. The employees inside are so helpful. Just out of the world helpful. But Lowes is a bad place to buy appliances.
This time the delivery guys pretended they don't know any English and didn't know they need to bring the fridge into the kitchen and plug it in to see if it works. As you can see this is not the correct place to deliver and leave a fridge. The cat is helping more than the delivery guys did.
In contrast to Lowe's, when I bought a fridge at Household appliance the men came into kitchen to see where the fridge would go and then brought it up and plugged it in to see that it works. They also fix problems with your appliances if they break or have issues.

Tell whoever it was driving your truck at 3:44 p.m. on April 2nd to stay off their phone while they are driving and pay attention to the road. I had to slam on my brakes because they turned out in front of me. And I do have a dash cam. Probably be sharing that with a few YouTube channels.

Really unfortunate experience working with Lowes. Not sure if it's the people or the company. Would not recommend.
