This store is busy every time I visit, often with just one person working the floor, yet the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.

Recently, I had a particularly challenging project: matching a paint color to the metallic bronze aluminum trim on the front of my house. Three separate computerized color matches all produced bronze shades that weren't quite right. Because this was for the front of my home, I kept coming back to make small adjustments.

On my final visit, the store was extremely busy, and Chris was handling multiple customers at once. Even so, he went well above and beyond. He mixed the paint, then repeatedly carried the sample outside into natural sunlight, comparing and adjusting the color until he got it exactly right. His patience, skill, and commitment to doing the job correctly were remarkable.
