This used to be the best pharmacy in existence. I,ve been having issues over the last year from them. Between long wait times and the absolutely horrible communication, I’ll be switching pharmacy’s after over 5 years. Ever since their “system upgrade” customer service has fallen off a cliff. I used to get a txt as soon as they received a prescription from my doctor. Now I have to call them and tell them exactly what the prescription is or they don’t even know it exists! I had a very time sensitive prescription sent in by my dr 2 hours ago. I called them just to make sure it would be ready for my wife to pick up for me. They said it would be another hour and a half! Before they went downhill, I’d leave the dr and drive straight to the pharmacy. Most of the time it was ready before I got there. Knowing I,ve been having issues picking up prescriptions lately, I decided to have them deliver my monthly meds. I put through the request a week in advance and after I ran out of meds I called. Apparently they came by and nobody was home. That’s not their fault but they never texted or called to even tell me they tried! It was days before I would be out so there was plenty of time to contact me. Just no effort at all anymore from them. I really hope they can pull it back together. This community needs who they were as a company. They took away all the stress and confusion and logistics of prescription medications. Now it’s the opposite. I stuck it out as long as I could and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I just can’t wait around anymore for them to get their act together and honestly, I’m really sad about it.

The focus at this Pharmacy is medications for their customers- which means they are fast, efficient and effective. Great app for refills and med list and Pen Pharm + goes out of their way to make sure you are assisted in a timely fashion.Thank you Peninsula Pharmacy + staff !

I love this pharmacy and everyone that works here. I had surgery this past Wednesday and when I couldn't get to the pharmacy to pick them up a very nice worker brought them to my house when she got done with work. They truly go above and beyond

I am writing this to warn others who take medication they can withdraw from. I’ve withdrawn and have gotten incredibly sick because this pharmacy neglected to fill my prescription/deliver on time.Today I found out my medication wasn’t delivered because they simply had no clue that the east side did not receive delivery. Seems very negligent to have no idea a group of people didn’t receive scheduled delivery of their medications. I have been almost 5 days without necessary medication because of this mistake. I did not receive any communication about the delivery delay. I had to call today to see where my medication was, and was answered by an unpleasant staff member. I had to call again after I was put on hold without warning by him. I do not appreciate the interactions I shared with both of the staff members.

They used to be a great pharmacy. Very caring. But for the past year they don't care. They don't send your prescription on time. They wait and try and mail them altogether while you are out of your heart meds. This pharmacy is all about the money and not the customer. I finally switched after 14 years. And they can't even answer the phone there. Appalling.

One of the best pharmacies in the Marquette area... They deliver to your home promptly and work with you so that most of your prescriptions are synced so that they can be delivered or picked up at same time. So happy I chose them.

I have been going to Peninsula plus in Marquette for years now and it’s for sure worth the drive!! My meds are always ready on time, and the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place over and over. Hands down the best pharmacy that I’m aware of.
