Stopped in got my oil changed no issues they did the standard maintenance type things checking the tires pressure and all didn’t even make it out of Marquette before my tires were losing pressure pulled over on the side of the road all four of the tire caps were near falling off they were so loose brought it back the next day so they could air them back up they did I turned my car back on the light still was flashing they insisted I needed to drive it for it to turn off which is not true I’ve aired up my tires before but I left anyway didn’t even leave their parking lot and got out to check my caps again all loose and still not resolved they’re brand new tires now I have to figure out how to actually air them up in the middle of winter

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I was very upset with how this shop treated me. I live over 300 miles away form this shop, but stopped in to get an oil change while travelling for work. They failed to completely replace my oil plug, which led to leaking oil. I didn't discover it until I got home and found the puddle of oil on my garage floor. Since I travel the state for work and keep an extremely busy schedule, I quickly took it to the shop by my home (again, 300 miles away) for inspection. They fixed me up so I could get on my way, but when I contacted the Marquette shop to ask for a refund for all the hassle and cleaning my garage floor, Jon, the manager was very skeptical and got upset with me for even asking since my local shop only topped my oil off. He also gave me a hard time about not giving them a chance to fix it, but I live 300 miles away and was extremely pressed for time to get on the road. I didn't even know if my car had any oil left in it before I took it to my local shop! Even after sending my receipt form the local shop at his request, he told me it didn't say anything about oil leaking, which it *clearly* did. And then after following up with him twice after that, he just stopped getting back to me. So disappointed. Mistakes happen, but the way I was treated after was really poor business.

Very honest guys. Get paid the minimum but do the max in the allotted time. Deal with things desk job workers can't understand. Good manager.

If you want an over priced oil change where they tighten the filter down way to much and when you remove your drain bolt use a breaker bar than go here. Absolute trash. The fact that I had to use a breaker bar to remove my drain bolt is crazy plus no gasket put back on the drain bolt. Terrible!

Other than the price, it's not a bad place to go but be ready to dish out some money unless you have their coupons. the people that actually work on the vehicle I've always been nice and straightforward with me. If the prices were brought down a little bit it would definitely be a 5 out of 5.

Very awesome group of guys there. They do fix belts on select vehicles. I will go there and get my oil changed again and have them fix the belts on my vehicle again. I have no complaints about this place

Everyone here is always super friendly and professional.
Shout out to the two guys who helped me out today!! Had a filter replaced, oil change, and TP check.

I paid $95 for my oil change today and after I left I realized that my low tire pressure light was still on and they didn’t even check my tires or do anything extra and when I pulled in they were washing the person’s car windows, checking tires, etc and they did nothing to my vehicle besides change the oil (they did ask if I needed them to check my lights and I declined) I will not be returning overpriced for minimal effort.
