Up from Ohio and got a flat due to a screw in my tire. Despite being busy (which is a good sign) they squeezed me in, patched up my tire and was able to make the long drive home the next day. I appreciate the service and the price was very reasonable.

Everyone was real nice and the service was quick for my two new tires. There was misinformation from my end on what type of tires I needed (thought I had all seasons but they were winter) so when I came in for my original appointment, they weren’t able to service my vehicle with the tires they had already ordered. They then promptly ordered two of the correct type of tires for me and were able to get them on the very next day. So, my bad guys! And thank you for making my vehicle safer for this coming Winter!

I was traveling through Marquette, Michigan after leaving Copper Harbor when my front tire started making terrible noises. We were heading back to Columbus, Ohio. I stopped at the car dealership service to see if they would look at it to see if they could figure out the noise. They would not even look at it until the next day even though it was only 11:00 A.M.I drove a little farther and found Pomp’s. I explained my problem and that I was traveling. They got my car in quickly. They immediately found my lug nuts on the front tire were lose and nearly off.Had I not gotten this taken care of when I did we would have likely had a serious accident driving.Thank you for caring about the safety of others!

I was in town visiting family and picked up something in the tire that ruined it. I was leaving that day. Pomps came through working my car in without an appointment and got me back on the road in no time at all. They were courteous and professional. Thanks guys I appreciate you.

They were super polite, did a great job and let me know that my brakes were going bad. This was good because it was my daughters car and she does not pay attention to her car.

Brought my car in for a wheel bearing replacement. Pomp’s was clear and honest about what repairs I needed (turns out my tire had been worn to the threads as well). They had my car done the same day and kept me updated regarding the repair process. Great customer service and genuinely helpful guys!

They did a great job on my alignment!! Very courteous, fast service. Got me in right away, actually 10 minutes before my appointment.I’ve been doing business with them for years. They have always been honest, reasonable, they do great work. I live 50 miles away from Pomp’s, but it’s worth the drive to get their quality of service. Highly Recommend!!

I was on a family vacation and had my rear brakes go out late Friday night. I did an online request first thing Saturday morning and Anthony responded immediately. This was 30 minutes prior to them opening. They did not have a spot but insured me that if something opened up they would get us in. The first appointment needed parts they could not get that day so they got me in and saved my weekend. They are amazing.

I was shocked that with new tires, alignment and new brakes that I was only there for two hours. The guys were super nice. I was very happy with the service I received. I would recommend them to everyone and I will continue to use their service .

I was traveling 500 miles from home and had a significant tire pressure drop. Pomp’s got me in right away, found a nail embedded in the tire, and fixed the tire in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, the guys at Pomp’s easy peasy, lemon squeezy. I needed an alignment and tires rotated, nothing major/pressing. Easily got an appointment booked, and after handing off my keys, my car was ready to go in less than an hour. 10/10. Would recommend

I found myself in a difficult tire situation on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. I stopped into Pomp’s with little hope of relief. I was greeted with compassionate helpful response. They fixed my truck tire and I was on my way in about twenty minutes and only $26 lighter in my wallet. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and repair. Thank you Pomp’s.
