Short version: First-time hair color and could not have had a better experience. Very happy with the result, 5/5! Book with Janet!Long version: I wanted to have my hair colored for the first time, so I chose this salon and was not at all disappointed. I booked an appointment with Janet—she was very friendly and clearly skilled when it comes to haircuts and colors. Since it was my first time coloring it, we talked about different color ideas (I told them I was open to suggestions when booking the appointment) and she gave me an idea of what to expect in terms of fading, touch-ups etc. In terms of the atmosphere, it's a very open room with decorations and music playing that make it very homely. The initial result was very bright, so Janet offered to tone it and I was much happier with the result. All in all, 5 stars! Definitely recommend, and will be coming back!!

Atalia did an amazing job on my hair. I have dirty blonde hair and wanted to really lighten my hair up. She added some bold highlights, waxed my eyebrows and I left feeling so relaxed and beautiful; and somehow looking tan! She did a great job. They've got the best prices around without sacrificing quality. She was very quick foiling my whole head so my hair lightened evenly as could be. 10/10 would recommend and visit PUR Salon again. It was my first time there today (Feb 8 2023) and I couldn't have been more amazed! Samantha was absolutely phenomenal and she was so kind! It was awesome getting to talk with her while she did her craft. She is very talented, listened to my needs and wants, and executed them beautifully. She really took the time to care for me and my hair. As I sat in the chair, I could see all the other customers come in and seeing how the other stylists did, I could tell this is a powerful group of individuals who are skilled and knowledgeable in what they do. If you're curious whether or not you should schedule and appointment, this is your sign to do so. (:

Atalie did my hair extensions, and she did a perfect match! Got several compliments as people couldnt believe they were extensions! She takes her time and listens to her client and nails it everytime! :)

I was so nervous to get my hair dyed because I had never gotten it done before or ever went to this place. Janet dyed my hair, she did an amazing job, she was so nice and friendly, the overall atmosphere of the place was great. The microblading technician did NOT outline and get my approval before starting the process! I ended up with "clown" brows! Ii asked for "NATURAL" looking brows. It is the responsibility of the technician to follow the proper procedure, she did NOT! I had to scrub them to get most of the ink off but am left with scars by my temples where she dug the blade into my skin. The decent thing would be to refund my money.
