I had tried for days to get a tow with no luck. Called Quakity Care and had a tow within 20 minutes. The gentleman was super friendly and it was a quick and easy process. My vehicle hadn't run in 2 years so I was expecting the worst, but they fixed her up and I was on the road! Very reasonable price also. Definitely recommend ?

Our family had a tire go flat that lead to broken studs and an uncertain way home. After explaining our situation , they were able to get my children and I safely back on the road again. Awesome people!!

The business name "Quality" Car Care is a direct reflection of their customer service and car care services. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, if something requires extra research they have gone the extra mile to find out. They communicate clearly, answer all my questions, and offer up alternatives so that I can make an informed decision before proceeding with repairs or upgrades. I absolutely love that they dedicate Tuesdays as ladies' day for a discounted oil change. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years, I trust their expertise and am grateful for their thoroughness.

They're Good people, towed my truck in and fixed it in a timely manner. Fair price, Had it back in no time. I think I have found a new place to go to for all of my repairs. Thanks Guys.

Amazing, I'm a college student in the area and they are the place that I always take my car too and I always recommend them to others. their pricing is very fair and they have never try to push anything on me my brothers a mechanic, and always says that their pricing is really fair I have used them all 4 years I have lived here and will be continuing to use them

Had some car trouble coming in from Detroit. Only in town a few days so I called about five places, all were booked for weeks. Quality was also very busy but agreed to try to squeeze me in. They were so kind, and ended up being able to fix it for a reasonable price within days, truly saved our trip!

I was vacationing in town and my brakes broke down. I called on these guys and were flat out busy but fit me in to help me out which was greatly appreciated!!I’ve had brakes done before and my buddy who is a mechanic told me he pays $175 for brakes and rotors. I know most places charges a flat fee of $300 per axle TOTAL.I did a search online and in the area for the parts and I didn’t see anything more than $230 for PARTS.For the “convenience” of getting my truck fixed, they felt the need to raise the parts prices almost doubled!!They charged me $541 for just parts.I had planned on giving the shop a nice $$ tip and give them a great review online. But now I feel upset and compelled to write a bad review as I feel totally taken advantage of. They could have just helped out someone in need and maybe a flat “rush fee” added and explained.Sent from my iPhone

I was driving thru town and my brakes broke down. They were really busy but fit me in which was awesome! But for fitting me in, they jacked up the parts to more than DOUBLE. I looked around for the brake parts and the most I saw was $200. They charged me $541 for JUST PARTS!! Most places charge $300 parts and labor per axle. So yea they helped me out but at the same time HELPED THEMSELVES OUT TO CHARGE FAR TOO MUCH. I had planned on giving them a big tip and POSITIVE REVIEW... but here we are.

This place is awesome! I take my car here because I know they'll tell me exactly what's wrong with it (If there's a problem) and fix it. There's no inflating the problem or costs. Great guys!

My family has been going to QCCC for decades now. They are prompt, fair and will go the extra mile for their customers. I was just recently home from Minneapolis when my tire pressure gauge light went off. It was extremely cold out, so I stopped in to the shop to see if they would be willing to put some air in my tires for me. Without hesitation, they got my tires aired up and sent me on my way. This is just one small example of their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to all the employees at QCCC for always taking care of our vehicles and ensuring we are safe on the road!
