The entire staff was amazing! Our State Conference was wonderful thanks to their staff. The guestrooms, conference rooms and pool area were spotless.

Checked in On Sunday and had a very important business meeting in Marquette first thing Monday morning. When we tried to shower there was no hot water available to shower and no one seemed to think this was an issue. The staff said they would try to find the problem but that didn't help for the 9 am meeting we needed to attend. At the least I would have expected a room discount however nothing was offered. They did however let us know maybe if we checked the hotel down the street they may be able to let us shower at their location for a small fee. OMG!!!Nearby activities: Right in town.

I have never checked out of a place so dang early before but holy buckets. The people above us so dang loud all night I woke up three times to them stomping around like a elephant is in there. Like it's 4:30 just please go to bed. You don't need to be yelling to each other in a hotel room. I just wanna sleep but couldn't so. Just be aware when staying here.

It was a nice Hotel. It's older, but nice and clean. Staff was great. Pool and Jacuzzi was awesome! The one MAJOR complaint: Food. I ordered a damn near $20 half pound hamburger. It wasn't even a quarter pound (and yes, I know they shrink a bit in cooking.). I'd be surprised if it was even a quarter pound BEFORE cooking. A few fries. Definitely didn't get our Moneys worth. My Wife and Daughter had Chicken Fingers and donated some of their Supper and Fries to me so I at least got full. First time there, and picked it because we are Wyndham members and BECAUSE of the on site Restaurant and Bar. Undecided if we will go back next time. Hotel part was great, too bad the Restaurant/Bar wasnt

Nice clean rooms with super friendly staff. Nice warm pool and HOT tub. Dry sauna worked but did take a few minutes to heat up. Cool spiral stair cases in pool area. Easy city location to walk downtown. Harley's lounge is attached for an easy, quick drink.

Rooms have been redecorated and updated, but the old carpets are still there leaving a musty smell in the hallway and detracting from the upgrades in the room. We were in the annex which is dark and somewhat dingy. The luggage carts look like they have been through a war. They are working on updating this hotel and the location is well worth the investment, so hopefully they will continue to improve it.

Did not take any photos but hotel is located within walking distance of downtown and lake. It is an older Ramada and needs to updated, but doubt owners will do it. Milking it. But it was OK and we were comfortable.

Rooms are very large, especially by modern hotel standards in my experience. Rooms have mini fridges, irons and ironing boards. Parking is good. There are some rooms only accessible by stairs. Not a problem for me but worth noting. It's a nice older hotel that has been updated. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was easy to walk downtown and easy to get places. The local food co-op is just down the street. It's a dated hotel design with the pool in the center and the rooms around the pool. So you do have a pool smell and some humidity in the hallways. Not my favorite thing but easily overlooked. My window did look directly across the parking lot to the rear windows of an apartment. The only curtain was a blackout curtain so a translucent curtain would have been nice for privacy and daylight.Safety: SafeWalkability: Pretty close to downtown and not up a hill so probably the most walkable hotel in Marquette.

For this place being a Ramada/Wyndham property, we were very disappointed. Those 2 hotel names used to stand for quality & luxury. This place was definitely not either. The staff were very friendly and service at desk, lounge and dining area were great. The hotel was in a pretty good location. This place is in desperate need of repair. Everything is old and out of date. The surroundings of the hotel were not kept up either. The parking lot was full of cracks and holes. The hotel just needs a major overhaul.

Stayed 2 nights with kids and pets. Pool was great, dining in the restaurant was great, staff treated us and our pets great. Room was clean and hotel was clean. Only thing was there isn't a lot of grass around the hotel. They do provide a small grass potty area for the dogs that is well maintained. If you want to walk your dog there is a public park about a block away to walk them if the weather permits.

Centrally located in Marquette Michigan it is a nice hotel. The pool was really good and had a decent size while being safe for kids to enjoy. The room had basic hotel accommodations. My big negative with the room was that it needs a little bit of TLC as there was minor damage to the walls( paint and such). As was the elevator though I did appreciate the sign saying that they were aware of it!Entering I was greeted by the staff and leaving the staff was phenomenal.Since I live in Marquette I probably will not return here but if I have anyone visit I will definitely recommend!

This hotel is in a great location! You can walk to anywhere downtown with ease, and there are several food options nearby. We went in the off season, and it was very quiet. We had a room with a view, which was nice.Like most hotels in the U.P. it's a tad outdated, but that never bothers us. It's part of the charmNearby activities: Very close to downtown. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearbyWalkability: Very walkable!Food & drinks: The hotel has a restaurant in it, and there is a breakfast place and a bar across the street. About a block down is the co-op.
