I can’t comment too much for Riverside itself, as this is my first new vehicle purchase with them and haven’t had to utilize their services yet - However, I can say that my sales representative Cesar is to say the least, amazing. He went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He is kind, compassionate, courteous and knowledgeable. Every step of the way I felt that I was excellent hands and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Tell him Sierra sent you! ☺️

I have been trying since May of 2025 to get a recall serviced as well as a check engine light fixed . I bought the car new at Riverside in 2017, it was a 2018 Honda. I was scheduled in June as they were booking 2 weeks out- no big deal , that seems normal . They called me before my June appt and said they needed to reschedule - so I rescheduled for 2 weeks out . They kept rescheduling me in July and August - lots of reasons - too many out of town people on vacation that they had to squeeze in . In the Interium another light on the dash came on - I called , service guy asked if it was flashing ? I said no , he said it’s ok to drive and rescheduled me . Sept came , I finally got in. My husband picked up the keys on Sat as we were told vehicle was fixed . When we went to go get car, looked at invoice and they said they couldn’t fix recall as head unit was bad . No kidding - I told service the radio unit was not working as well as other lights were on 5-6 times when getting “ rescheduled” . So here I sit 3 mos later, STILL TRYING TO GET CAR FIXED. NO CALL FROM SERVICE WITH QUOTE ON NEW HESD UNIT, nothing other than , “ your car is ready for pick up .” THEY ARE HAPPY TO SELL YOU A CAR , but CAN’T service the vehicle .
. We have had excellent service from Fox with our other vehicles - the diesel truck they have serviced for 20 yrs.
I buy local to support our economy, but can’t recommend Riverside to SERVICE THE VEHICLE AFTER YOU BUY IT! BEWARE.
( Note/ we’ve had oil changes etc done there since purchasing vehicle , no major issues - lucky it’s a Honda as they are great cars . This is an extra car for us, so we’ve been lucky- if it’s your primary vehicle don’t expect it to get repaired- no techs , no service manager, no one to talk to to get issue fixed.). Next closest Honda dealership is in Green Bay - maybe they can fix it and service the recall)
