Added a promotion without letting me know, did not use the tv plan that was added the entire year then charged 25/month after that. Customer service did nothing to help or change that. Did not offer me a refund or anything to help mitigate that. Company just likes to rip you off after a year.

I am a senior citizen on a budget. I have the middle pkg and the price keeps going up and up. I've called several times to ask if there was a special going on or if I could get my charge lowered somehow. I get no every time. I'm sick and tired of no help from them. I've considered other carriers but I've been a spectrum customer for almost 40 years. So much for loyalty.

Internet just gets slower as the as they raise the price on you. It’s gotten to the point of needing to turn off the Wi-Fi on my phone so I can do things. I constantly need to reboot my router to use electronics on a weekly basis, sometimes multiple times a day

I was locked into a 3 year promo. Internet and cable $110/month. WIN! After the 3 years ended and I was paying $200/mo, I continued to pay, until I realized I pay for all the streaming services as well. And we'll, cable never got used, nevermind the DVR service I paid for. Not by fault of Spectrum. I called to cancel cable and was offered the sports package (the only thing I use cable for) for $35/month. My bill was still approaching $200/month! I let it go, paying it, knowingly it was money not well spent. I finally called to cancel cable tv once and for all. Offered new packages, but given I don't EVER use it, anything over $5/month is a waste of money for me... Ok. Fast forward. After cancelling, I receive a box via UPS. I have a new router. No new modem. I am keeping my internet, canceling tv. What the heck? Email says I will be billed if I don't activate my "new equipment".... Could if be any more difficult to just say no?? Over it.... Charter needs competition to make this easier..... If they go good on the rest, I will change my review. Til then? ?

Anything is better than charter, I've had non stop problems with them for the last 6 months, they do not care about you, I recommend finding any other service then charter

Charging $200.00 for basic cable and basic internet is ridiculous. I asked if they could help me. They said there was nothing they could do. Done with their terrible service.

I'm not one to typically complain or write negative reviews. But when I do, it's usually because my experience was so bad and nothing corrected that I feel I need to write one!My sales rep was friendly and nice. She sold me TV package, mobile phone, mobile service, and internet. All went smooth.Days later I start to find out she wasn't completely honest about what I would be paying, and she wasnt straight forward with the hoops I'd have to jump through to bring my mother's line to my account.I've been on and off the phone with spectrum for about 4 plus hours now trying to figure out how to move my mom's line. Finally figured that out.Then I look at my bill and realize the price is ALOT more than she originally quoted me! The mobile customer service has no information on the TV/internet side and vice versa. But spectrum offers a package that includes a deal for both. Then the customer service people hang up on you, not just once but several times lol!Add to that I dropped my new phone yesterday, my fault totally but spectrum doesn't sell cases for all the phones they sell so I was awaiting on one from Amazon.I would recommend going elsewhere for mobile service, it was a pretty negative experience.

We had Christian with Charter come out and hook up service for us. The job ended up taking longer than expected (no fault of his own) and he remained positive and was thorough with the job, even if it ran him behind schedule. I am happy with Charter so far!

I haven't lived in Michigan for years and these people STILL cold call me trying to get me to switch. It's a terrible sales tactic, rude, and disrespectful of people's time. I feel bad for anyone that actually uses this service if this is their approach to customer service.
